the size of spa - it was one small room, the stay was expencive for what it offered and uou had to pay extra 20€ per hour for one sauna.. not okay. not possible to buy dinner at place. i booked 3 persons and found out later i neez to pay 30€ per night for child extra bed that was not really comfortable

all in all our stay was exceptional. i'd highly recommend to stay at villa eugenia as the facilites are excellent and the staff is extremely nice and helpful.

The room was big and clean, staff was extremely friendly, they have a nice terrase area, where guests can have a breakfast (which is very good) or a drink later in the day, and the hotel is extremely dog friendly. Also, the location is very good, very close to sea.

The only slight problem is that the hotel is situated right next to a relatively busy road. You do not notice it while on the hotel premises, but you need to cross it immediately when you want to leave the hotel.

Very nice hotel in old Vila, in Lovran there is plenty of them so it is nice place with good genius loci. Room was big enough with heigh ceiling, it is noticeable the fit out has some age but all well maintained and clean. Staff was nice and helpful, rich breakfast, parking was on plot. Beach was very close just short walk thru park, as it was between several hotels it was quiet pack but we found another nearby and traveled there

The exit for pedestrians from hotels plot was typical Croatians- no view angle right step into driveway so nothing comfy with stroller. The hotel is a bit difficult to access with stroller as it is old Villa and to reach any floor with elevator you have to pass several steps- but it’s a price of stay in nice vintage Vila that I was ready to pay

-bathroom floor was very slippery -the furniture had very sharp protruding parts of the trim, it was especially unpleasant on the bed. I hit the back of the bed several times. it was very uncomfortable

Loved the location, proximity to sea, the villa itself, great&friendly staff, garden, breakfast and welcoming dogs.

By the road there is busy traffic and a bit noise.

The atmosphere was perfect. the hotel is clean, has a large parking space. It offers a various range of services, we did the 1h massage and it was wonderful. position is also great, walking distance from the city center. breakfast offers a lot of international food for every craving. all the people were kind and helpful

breakfast beverage were only served by a machine, it was possible to ask for a cappuccino “hand made” but it was charged. windows were not completely blind, since the curtains were not covering all the windows width

Spacious luxurious rooms and exceptional staff: all female! Location just steps from a beautiful park, swimming area and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and hosted by a wonderful lady who kept everything running efficiently.

It was hard to close doors of the room, you had to be really careful when you went out that thy didn't stay open. Hotel is next to the main road.
