Very good location.

Old smell in the room.

The location was ideal - close to the station and centre of town. Clear instructions and easy check in outside if reception hours. Comfortable bed, great staff and good breakfast.

Would have loved a kettle in the room. Also the shower tended to flood the bathroom so I needed to take care.

Old fashioned furniture incommon rooms, well organised staff, pleasant rooms, cool breakfast…

Short breakfast, not many options

Location was good, the rooms were nice and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Because there were just a few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast but only a breakfast tray for each guest. It was rather a dissapointment as we were expecting a nice hotel breakfast. What’s more, there was no inquiry on diet - we are both vegetarians but the breakfast tray included meat. AND I am strongly allergic to fish and yet there was fish on my breakfast tray. It would be good to ask food restrictions in a case where the guest is not allowed to choose the food they eat.

Location was good, there was a kitchenette, it was convenient to check-in, friendly staff

The room was not cleaned once though I stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast was quite poor, practically no vegetables or fruit.

The location was really close to the City Center. The surrounding was quiet which allows to sleep with open windows - at least when you have windows to the back side.

The A/C was really loud and couldn't be switched off. The variety of the breakfast was okay but personally I really disliked the choices of bread - the rolls were of poor quality.

The hotel is very great.

Great value hotel. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and they even have some gluten free options. There's a nice common room and even a small kitchen with a fridge (and small freezer) and the ability to boil water. Location couldn't be more perfect. It's a short walk from the train station and the heart of Uppsala.

Nothing.

There is nothing I particularly liked of this place except from the location which is close to the station and not too far from the city center.

I am 6 months pregnant and I arrived in Uppsala on a rainy Sunday. The hotel did not have anyone at the reception that could physically welcome and help me. Despite my request to the may answering the phone, he could not find anyone from the hotel willing to help me with the check in. Thus I had to carry a 23 kilos luggage for more than 10 stairs because this was the only way to check in.. The even more disappointing thing is that when I asked someone how can a pregnant lady or a disable person access to their hotel they answer me that so far they did not have any issue, long story short they do not care about disable or pregnant person. The breakfast was not at all special, with low quality food and coffee. The room was right on the main road therefore it ended up being noisy and the curtains were not able to keep the room in the dark. The staff was basically absent because even tough they were there, no one smiled at me, no one helped me nor they tried to make me feel comfortable.

Excellent location, very clean.
