Absolutely beautiful hotel, located in the central part. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff members who also spoke very good English. The Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom were a nice surprise. Breakfast was very good and served quickly. We would stay here again!

The parking situation was not ideal but workable.

El parking esta algo alejado del hotel pero hay facilidades para bajar y subir el equipaje.

Petit hôtel de charme dédié à Hemingway avec bon restaurant/bar à vin et petite terrasse, sur rue mais surélevée. A deux pas du célèbre pont de Ronda et de la "Plaza de Toros" ,à mi chemin entre ville historique et ville nouvelle, tout se fait à pieds. Accès automobile difficile, parking payants (saturés) côté ville récente.

Location was great, the breakfast was good.

AC wasn’t working on top floor. Not a huge deal, but it would have been a little more comfortable if it was working.

Zimmer sind klein und eher aus den Zeiten Hemingways, sehr ringhörig aber sauber. Frühstück ist gut. Saisonale Früchte werden angeboten und dann sind Ananas aus der Dose drauf. Schade, sonst alles sehr fein

L'emplacement vraiment top et central mais aussi la décoration la taille de l'établissement et le petit déjeuner et vraiment top ultra frais copieux rien à redire c'est parfait 😜👍

Rien tout est parfait si je devais dire une chose la taille du lit 140 c'est un peu juste à mon goût

Fantastic old building with great location. Fantastic restaurant/wine bar. Wife's birthday. Reception gifted complimentary wine and a room upgrade.

If you are arriving by car, it's not easy to offload your luggage, and the parking is offside. The staff have arrangements in place but but it's not straightforward.

La ubicación es inmejorable, se encuentra justo al lado del puente nuevo. El edificio es muy bonito tanto por dentro como por fuera. La decoración mantiene el estilo que tenía el palacio. La habitación era luminosa, amplia y con todo lo necesario. La cama era muy cómoda. El aseo era grande y disponía de calefactor y secador de pelo. El desayuno era completo y rico.

El desayuno no está disponible como en la mayoría de los hoteles, son los camareros los que te sirven según lo que aparece en la carta. Me gusta elegir mis propios alimentos. La cama de matrimonio es de 1.35

Struttura centrale a due passi dal ponte e dalla via principale. Stile caratteristico arabo-andaluso, stanze pulite, staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione alla carta molto buona con prodotti di qualità.

Alcuni rumori dovuti agli ospiti purtroppo.

Amabilidad del personal, desayuno excelente y cómodo tanto el alojamiento como su cercanía al centro.

Cold and dark room, literally and metaphorically, tiles on the floor of the room made the cold during the night feel worst, air conditioning system didn’t work. I think I had bad luck receiving the darkest room in the hotel, the smallest and with the tiniest bed. My room was none of those shown in the photos on Booking. The sockets in the wall from the bed side didn’t work for charging my phone, nor my husbands’, no toilet brush into the bathroom. Even though we had breakfast included, I saw on Booking that it had to be great, but the breakfast hours started only at 8:30 AM which was very late for us because we had a reservation to a place and we had to go. The staff was kind enough to give us a “picnic” breakfast to go, but it wouldn’t compere to the official breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant

Loved the beautiful hotel. Very beautiful and loved that it was so centric. It was in a perfect place, literally steps from the "puente nuevo" and from the "ciudad vieja". It also has a restaurant attached and you should get the breakfast, it is delicious, eggs Benedict, and a great deal if included in your stay. All in all the staff and hotel were amazing and a wonderful stay.

Hotel position could not have been more central for all the sights. Hotel was a beautiful historical house..The staff were very attentive and at breakfast remembered I'd told them I didn't eat eggs.

A new hotel in a historic building in a perfect location in the old town. The room was traditionally decorated to a high standard with a large bathroom. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The food including breakfast really good.

Our only very slight issue was that we are used to a bigger double bed but that said it was comfortable and the bedding quality.
