La posizione, la vista, la colazione, la pulizia, il sorriso della ragazza ai piani l'unico di tutto il personale che sembrava scocciato

Non mi è piaciuto: la luce che passa sotto la porta e filtra in camera, non mi è piaciuto il fatto di aprire il convettore x azionare il riscaldamento, non mi è piaciuta la tapparella bucata, l'asse del water che balla, il contorno letto che dondola, la presa lato comodino che nob funziona, per essere un 4 stelle direi che ci sono troppe cose da sistemare. La cosa che poi mi ha dato fastidio è il mancato saluto del addetto al ricevimento che al mio buongiorno ha continuato a fare le sue cose e quando si è reso disponibile, con uno stuzzicadenti credo in bocca, seduto ha fatto il conto. Forse io troppo critico xchè sono del settore, ma a volte il dettaglio in un posto classificato 4 stelle non deve essere lasciato al caso. Bella e buona la colazione, la visuale. Ma se dovessi consigliarlo o tornare, beh credo ci penserò.

Big step up to bathroom not user friendly at night

Byłam w tym hotelu po raz drugi, jest to bardzo dobry hotel, niezawodny. Poza sezonem spokojnie, cicho, świetna lokalizacja nad samym jeziorem i bardzo blisko do centrum miasta, promów, do stacji kolejowej też 10 min., wyjazd na autostradę równie blisko. Hotel jest niewielki, ma fajna strukturę, wygodne pokoje, parking. Śniadania wystarczająco urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, na słono czy na słodko ;-). Bardzo dobra serwowana kawa. Miła obsługa.

Byłam za krótko, jak zwykle!

Location was great, walk to everything. Breakfast was excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room was an excellent size with space for a large bed as well as a table and chairs. The bathroom was fine, but tired. All toiletries were provided and regularly replenished. Tea and coffee in the room as well as a small fridge, but no milk. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice of hot and cold food, cereals, fruit, meat and cheeses etc. The only issues were the hot food wasn't very warm with no microwave available, and the machine coffee was foul, although cappuccino and espresso could be ordered from the bar and were much better! Location excellent, a short stroll to the main town with lots of shops and restaurants. Right on the lake with great views from the breakfast room and pool area.

Although we didn't want to use them, we weren't told that the restaurant and the pool would be closed due to the low season. The bed was very high, someone short or with poor mobility would struggle. There was some noise from the public area and the lift, which I imagine would be more of an issue in high season.

The location was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Francesco also Julia who even offered to bring us to the train station by car as taxi service was busy. The household staff and breakfast waiter were very obliging at all times. We would have liked if the restaurant offered sandwiches such as panini’s. The view of the lake from our terrace room which is actually on the 1st. floor was great. I would recommend terrace rather than balcony room as same are very small. The hotel is rather quaint which we liked but it’s more like a 3 star from our experience. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Desenzano for restaurants and ferry service. There is a lovely lakeside walkway with access right next to hotel.

The pool was icy cold so we couldn’t enjoy this facility which was very disappointing as its location is fabulous overlooking the lake. One cannot swim in lake either in front of hotel. When we did swim in the lake at Padenghe beach is was actually warmer than the hotel pool.
