Location was superb, everything was within reached. Staff are friendly and helpful They have basic amenities. Cleanliness is really good, everyday they will clean the room even if you dont state that you need to have it cleaned.

Breakfast was okay but it can be better like add some variety if you are staying there for a week, you might get tired of same food. Water in the shower started leaking on the other side. Would be nice of theres a laundry again if you are staying for more than 3 days. Would be nice also if theres a kettle in the room and iron.

We had no complaints staying at the property and will gladly stay again for a stop over to Almería

There are good service and good breakfastof in this hotel.

The only downside is that it is very inconvenient to go to the city center. you have to wait for a long time, and the bus diver could not speak english and some bus drivers have bad attitude. Passengers could not get the news of bus diversion. City management is poor. If you want to live in this hotel, it is the best to rent a car.

I’m nitpicking here, but soap in shower didn’t seem to be of a good quality and one or two of the digits of the safe didn’t work.

Great value for money. The bedroom and bathroom were superb, the breakfast was great and the staff so friendly. Although it was slightly outside the centre of Alicante the bus and the tram were close by and so easy to use.

I love that it's a bit out of town so you have some quiet time. The bus stop is right outside the door so it's easy to get to town and airport.

It's a little bit far from everything but if you don't might the bus or have a car. It's all good.

The only thing that was attractive was the breakfast and the staff were very respectful, but this hotel is worth a night's stay

Great breakfast, nice accomodating staff, easy parking, 24 hr self serve espresso, hot chocolate, mini fridge, terrace, generous with towels.Two Nice little pools. Was a little cold for me to use but pleasant outside pool are with tables to have coffee . Nice little room terrace. We were there to explore area and ease of parking helped.

Two shelves, no drawers , no bidet, only one hook in bathroom and very limited toiletry space, bedroom side tables had no draw ow shelf and were attached to the wall, far from bedside and couldnt be moved, room card keys had to be replaced 5 times, Kept non functioning. Confusing shower, no tub, noisy children and music in breakfast room. Biggest issue, has elevator takes you to a level where you still have to carry luggage up 3 small sets of stairs. Despite varied guest ageof guests not elder friendly saying you have an elevator but not to your room. The nice guy on desk duty helped us up but noone offered any help leaving.

We made the reservation due to the good rating. We were put in a room on the ground floor directly above a wedding party that was still going on at 1am and did not allow us to sleep even though the recepcionist had previozsly confirmed it would stop at 11pm or midnight latest. We were then offered to change the room and were put into the room right next to the breakfast room, where staff had to start preparing the breakfast buffet at 7am, and as the doors dont conceal any noise, we woke up at that time. We now only realized that for this awful night we paid more than double the standard rate which is even more frustrating. We really cannot recommend staying there.
