Location was the only good thing in this hotel.

Our room was very old out of style. The restroom looked like a HS gym bathroom. The ceiling in out suite was still not finished. I paid $285 and I felt ad if I was in a cheap motel 6 motel worth $50 the night. I was very very disappointed

The location was amazing. Maybe the only thing we did enjoy from this resort. I was very disappointed. Maybe we just got stuck with an older room because other balconies rooms looked more updated than ours.

The room was very old and not updated.We paid $280 for a suite with ocean view expecting a beautiful room however the ceiling was still being built and the restroom felt like a HS dressing room restroom. Very old out of style. The AC looked very old school. Definitely not worth the money. I expected much more updated room for the price we paid.

I really enjoyed the area of this hotel, there is restaurants, and stores nearby, and if you like seafood the hotel restaurant has very delicious dishes. You also get towels included for the pool, and my family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The ocean view is just beautiful.

My concern about the property was that there is only 1 elevator in the building, and it needs to get fixed. When my husband went on it the elevator got stuck, he was there for a few minutes, and he had to click the button to open the door, and finally it took him to the main floor, I thought he was exaggerating, but then when I got in it with my 2 kids we went through the same situation, however once I clicked the button for the door to open again it started working again. It is pretty scary, and not to mention its extremely hot in the elevator, they should really consider in getting it fix before it gets worse, and defenitely add more elevators because the hotel gets crowded, and sometimes there is a line of people waiting to go in the elevator for there turn. We had to take the stairs a few times, and it is fine, but not when you have to carry a few things, and your in one of the highest floors. Also the door to go by the balcony needed work done, it looked like it was almost coming off the wall, I right away made sure that I reported it to staff, but all the guy at the front desk was ok, other then that the hotel just need some new paint, the paint looks very old. Lastly, it will be nice to be able to enjoy atleast the pool, or restaurant, and hotel area after checking out, but the front desk receptionist who checked me out took my bracelet off, and said I couldn't any longer go into that area in a rude way, and it is ok to get my bracelet removed, but it really did not make sense because she took mine, but not my husband, or kids bracelets. Which if they would of gone to the pool without me, no one would of evem know that they already checked out, Other then those 2 concerns, we really did liked the hotel.

Value for money it is a bad option. Either too expensive for what they offer or of they charge that rate the hotel is in very bad conditions: room smelled, bad ventilation, bad shower, poor quality furniture and sheets, slow elevator…

Pool had malfunction so we could not use jacuzzi or cascade. Sofabed did not have matress until second night there.

they have some palapas on the beach. about 10. they should add a row or 2 of umbrellas and tables. people run out and save them first thing in the morning and half of them sit all day with towels on them. the mattress could be replaced in my room. but I slept well.

Great location and excellent breakfast, right on the beach. Can't beat it.

The sewer gas coming in from the shower drain was disgusting. The hotel knows of this problem and provided a plastic cover for the drain, but it doesn't really stop the gross smell of sewer from overtaking the room. The water was also shut off for a time, but that was turned back on. Only 1 of 2 pools was open, and that pool was not heated. It would have been nice to have both open and at least 1 heated pool.

Nice beach location..

Room was not clean, need a little more attention. Needed to pay for more than 2 devices for wifi and the last day had not wifi connection or need to pay more.. Access to the beach was restricted to the farest access..

Location was real good, just a comment the beds weren't comfortable , other than that I like this place.

The location is great. the restaurant located in the hotel has good food. the view in the room is really nice. The beds aren’t really comfortable. Laundry and spa aren’t services provided by the hotel but everything is at a walking distance. The pool and jacuzzi do tend to get full. Overall the hotel is in a great location.
