The location was family friendly and safe, and the residence was spacious except for the kitchen.

The host did not give us any information at check in really, it may have been because he does not speak English and we speak limited Spanish but I am unsure. The lack of information made our stay difficult and we were there in a bit of an emergency situation as our flights had been cancelled. The accommodations were spacious but not well maintained and not what I would have expected from the booking photos. We ended up checking out 3 days early because the accommodations were not what we were expecting/ needing but management refused to give us any refund despite our dissatisfaction. Very disappointing customer service during a very stressful time in being stuck for 5 extra days over Christmas due to weather

Liked the space and the staff was absolutely great they tried their hardest to accommodate and for that I am thankful I will say that at least we were able to go to a nearby resort for use of the pool which wasn’t so bad due to the property pool being down

Didn’t like that the hot tub never worked on unit 63 and the hot water was little to none also the pool didn’t work so it made it a bit inconvenient to go back and forth.
