Philosophy of charging you to make coffee in your room soured the whole experience - Its ridiculous - if you can't afford to give coffee! take the coffee machine out of the room - or maybe give 2 pods & say more available from reception & charge for those. Your attitude on this would mean I wouldn't stay here again - its penny pinching & mean

Location is close to highway and convenient to continue journey
Bed matress is total wreck, it is more comfortable to sleep on the floor.
No heating in the room so stay away from it during winter.
Breakfast is poor.

The room we booked was actually not available, so we were offered the presidential appartment. This was huge.
A liitle more attention to fixing details would bring some benefits.
Ex: there was a cigarette burn in the curtain, there were some cracks on the walls, some doors need fixing as they don't stay shut.
However, the staff was great and we had a very enjoyable stay

Everything was excellent about accommodation, except the receptionists they are not so good in English language, can't explain too much if you ask them something, but they are very kind.

Aside from no shower curtain (our only issue), this was a great hotel with an old world feel of elegance. The staff were kind even in light of the language barrier; the room was very nice; and the breakfast was excellent.
There should have been a shower curtain in the bathroom.
