I liked the set up with the room being outside, the table and chairs outside were the nice, the room was lovely and the perfect setup up for three and included all the facilities we needed, everything had been thought of!

Room was ready early, we were notified by a message from the hotel. Loved the non-contact check in, suited us well. Decor was lovely and very homely, rooms are equipped with a fridge which was handy. Ideal for a quick ferry stop off. Could park easily directly outside. If you share the hotel page on Facebook before you get a free breakfast/snack tray which is a lovely touch. Really really good value for money with lots of nice touches you wouldn’t expect at that price point and would stay again.

There was an awful smell from the bathroom drains when we arrived although this did dissipate by the morning. Not so much didn’t like but just for awareness, the red door is how you get in, it looks locked but it isn’t so give it a good shove. Also, bring some shower gel/shampoo.

Excellent location, comfortable and very clean room with an unexpected, much appreciated welcome box. Information sent by the owners was very clear and detailed. Extremely good value.

The availability of two beds in the room was good. The ensuite was good. the price for what we got was fair. The hosts were amicable. the decor was nice.The area was in a great position.

The room was cramped.The furniture was dated and shabby.the walls were paper thin between rooms, In fact theres a hole in the wall where the tv aerial comes in , where you can see daylight from the next room . You could hear the people next door like they were in the same room. The floor boards creek massively.

Room was clean and well decorated. It seemed in a good position, although I had no time to explore. Loved the highland coos (soft furnishings), it was quiet and peaceful. Check in was straight forward and easy.... once I'd found the hotel. Although I didn't use the facilities, it was a nice addition that you don't see very often with the room having a microwave, fridge and toaster.

Once you know the hotel is there, it is fairly obvious, but I arrived at night and I only spotted the hotel by crawling along the road with my wife watching me on google maps until she told me I was outside. Tip: Look for the red doors!! The bathroom was a little basic compared to the rest of the room.

I've stayed here a few times so I know it's nice and comfy, nice polite staff. Will always stay here when I come to irvine.

Everything was great .

The space was amazing and walking in through main front door it smelled lovely. I spoke to the manager on arrival and he was so nice talking me through everything. Its handy for the shops and next to the ice cream shop lol. We would definitely stay again

Only thing I could say was the bathroom got chilli through the night but so do most.

Great location. Plenty of free parking outside. Little kitchen was great when travelling with toddler. Comfy bed. Lovely staff. Very friendly and accomodating.

The room was quite hot. But left the windows open during the day which helped. Can hear a lot of walking around from other guests. Didn’t bother me too much but it did bother my mum as she is a light sleeper.

Decor, clean room and little touches tartan basket with shortbread n water , fridge a bonus 😋

Possibly the water bottles holding the fire doors open if I'm looking for a negative but great stay . I would swop fridge away from radiator with cabinet

The small apartment had everything we needed the kids loved the garden staff were very friendly and helpful amazing value for money decor was lovely spotlessly clean very child friendly
