The surrounding is amazing. If you want to get a vacation feeling in just 1 evening - this is the place to be. The beautiful, well maintained territory (turned out it is a wedding hotel, which I did not know during booking), a pool….
Comfortable bed 🤩 and pillows!
The breakfast was also fantastic with fresh pastel de nata, waffles, pancakes… fresh berried and yoghurts as well as bacon and eggs for those who love it savoury.

Very nice and cosy place with a wonderful service. I felt at home. The garden is beautiful and we can take the breakfast on the terrace. It is a charming house renovated in simple and classical style. i recommend.

The hotel is very cosy and comfortable, nicely furnished and very clean. The staff were friendly, easy going, spoke English well and were always there to help. Breakfast is good too.
Sound isolation- every step from the hallway can be heard in the room. There were no Bolt/UberX around but the hotel arranged a taxi.

The place is very unique and in the quiet location not so far from Porto. We liked literally everything about this place and the level of service we received, which is the most important for us when we travel!
The room is good size and cozy, has a small coffee machine with some sweets provided, water. The bed is very very comfortable!
The breakfast is amazing, even pasteis de nata :)

The new owners have created a lovely ambiance and revamped the place which is spotlessly clean and very welcoming with well appointed rooms and facilities. Great pool and best pool towels ever. Lucky to be only guests as it was midweek and the owner was really friendly and gave us great information about the local areas and services. Breakfast was abundant.

The lady of the hotel is so welcoming and gave a lot of good tips to visit in Porto and the surrounding areas. She made different cakes for breakfast that were the best I ever tasted.
The room was not to big but clean and the bed was comfortable. There was an A/C in the room, but we did not have to use it because the room stayed cool even though it was above 25C 3 days in a row.
You can reach the center of Porto within 35 minutes by car.
Some of the furniture could get an update.

Lovely breakfast and grounds. quiet location. Harrowing one way road to get to the nice inn. Lots of free parking. The inn is very close to Pacos de Ferriera for furniture shopping and a big mall.
Due to the age of the building there is not great sound protection from other guests.
