This renowned hotel is centrally located and has a very opulent lobby and dining area.

Our room was quite tiny, especially for the price we paid - the most expensive on our short trip around Lake Constance - and also did not include breakfast. We paid €10 to use the “wellness spa” which turned out to be one room down in the basement - functional, but not a place to relax and feel well. Moreover, upon returning from the the bathroom REEKED of raw sewage. The phone didn’t work (saw later that it had been unplugged) and neither I or my spouse felt like going down to the lobby all sweaty in our robes, so we held our noses and showered as quickly as we could in order to make our dinner reservation. After returning later, it stank somewhat less and someone from the hotel did have a look at it, but at the price we paid we certainly expected more.

The ambiance of the hotel as fine as the room - a good mix of tradition and modern facilities and supportive staff everywhere. The restaurant (Marrakesh) with exceptional décor, solid tasty Maghrebian cuisine and friendly, attentive service!

...the weather... but even then, the location close to the old town, the boats and to the station helped...

Location was good. Room was great.

No fridge, no kettle, no tea or coffee, breakfast needed to be chosen in one of a few narrow slots due to the small room so we didn’t have breakfast there. In the search with Booking.com I had the filter set to include breakfast but this place did not include it.

The staff were always helpful and vert pleasant. Liked the location stayed fro 5 nights and the room was very comfortable and quiet.

The location is excellent, literally across the street from the main train station in Konstanz. Hotel staff were all friendly. We were able to leave our bags at the reception after we checked out very easily. Our room was huge.

The window in our room looked out into a small interior courtyard that also had a window in the main hallway so if our curtains were open it was possible to see directly into our room from a public place in the hotel, which isn't ideal.

Had a great room on the 5th floor enjoyed the view of the lake. The staff was always helpful and very pleasantat all times. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable It was also quiet considering I was there during carnival I felt very safe.

Personal 10+ and the Breakfast was delicious and many options to choose from. Bathtub clean and brand wellness products.

The room was for a couple..only 1 bottle of water and 2 different types of glasses.. It would be better if there were also a wine bottle and proper glasses. Also there is a minibar in the room but was empty. Check In is from 16:00.. and Check out is until 11.. oi if you are ealry in town...you need to have a walk.. No parking place, there is a privat one near the hotel and it costs 24 Euro for 24 Hours. Although the parking lot is clean, the entrance is not locked and there were beggars at the toll booth.
