The staff were fantastic and the rooms meticulously cleaned. The terrace and views were spectacular. The hotel has a pool which was lovely to cool off during the hot afternoons. Parking is also well facilitated.

We booked a junior suite, we caught site of some suites on our floor which looked luxurious ours was a nice double which was surprising for the price we paid. The hotel is in Sant’Angelo and although provides transfers into Sorrento isn’t that well connected. The transfers are not continuous and taxis into Sorrento are pretty expensive if you miss one. Unless you’re super fit..walking isn’t really an option as you’re on a steep hill. The views though are breathtaking. The hotel could promote Sant’Angelo more and offer transfers into town. There are some lovely restaurants along the coast.

Die Lage ist nicht im Zentrum, aber genau das ist wegen der lebhaften Situation in Sorrent-Zentrum ein großer Vorteil !! Weiterthin hat mein somit wegen der Höhe einen Traumhaften Blick vom Vesuv, über den Golf von Neapel bis nach Ischia. Da es in Sorrent ohnehin keine annehmbaren Sandstrände gibt, ist der traumhafte Pool (mit dem gleichen Blick) in jedem Fall die bessere Wahl. Da es einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service, in guter Frequenz, zum Stadtzentrum gibt, ist somit alles bestens vorhanden. Weiterhin ist das gesamte Personal herausragend freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Preise in Restaurant und der Lunch-Bar sind günstig und fair. Die Leistung ist def. höher als der Preis. Der kostenlos enthaltene Sonnenuntergang ist nur das i-Tüpfelchen ! PS. Es hat uns wirklich super gut gefallen und dies ist wirklich keine Fake-Beschreibung !!!

Der (kostenlose) Parkplatz ist klein. Aber das ist wirklich kein Problem da das Hotelpersonal zuverlässig die Fahrzeuge parkt und in kürzester Zeit (in wenigen Minuten) bei Bedarf wieder bereitstellt. Das Einzige, aber das ist vom Hotel nicht zu ändern, ist die enge Zufahrt von der Hauptstraße zum Hotel. Etwa 2km schätze ich. Das ist eine wirklich Herausforderung (aber machbar). Wegen des guten Shuttle-Service muss man dies aber nicht oft fahren. Aber dafür hat man eine ruhige Lage und einen traumhaften Blick.

The view of the Bay of Naples is fantastic, especially if you can get a room with a terrace. Also, the staff is so pleasant and so eager to please.

Although the setting is beautiful, the ambiance of the hotel needs a refresh.
