The apartment was newly refurbished and therefor in excellent condition, clean and very comfortable with good working and modern (low noise) air conditioning. Also a small private terrace with table and chairs, and a beautiful garden completed the stay in the outskirt of Sant’Agnello.

The facilities, well equiped apartment, nice to have parking close to Sorrento and with a nice view from the rooftop terace. Very nice hoast with friendly dog with children. Nice wellcome with water, coffe :)

There were constructions next door to our ground floor apart (the time we spent there) but we didn't stay around too much. If you plan to stay at the accomodation longer pick another apartment that is situated at the villa upstairs.

Nice setting with great sea views. Good location just short walk to nice bars and resuarants( especialy the pizzeria around the corner), Aprtments are very well equipped. Nice welcome touches and very helpfull hosts

There are four apartments, all in lovely gardens surrounded by fruit trees. The couple who own it live on site and we're friendly and helpful. Quiet location, but easy to walk to Sorrento in 30 minutes. Good little pizzeria and mini market nearby. I much preferred this to the traffic and bustle of Sorrento and Santa Agnello.

Lucia is a classy lady. Her estate is immaculate. Everything was extremely well looked after, the pool area was spotless, the wifi strong, the beds big and comfortable. It’s only a 25 min walk to central sorrento and just a few minutes to some local supermarket and pizzeria. The views from the terrace were breathtaking and it looks even more beautiful than the pictures.

I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Studio apartment is very spacious, with a fab terrace and the pool is great the host is very welcoming and collected us and dropped us off for the bus from airport. Sant agnello is approx 35 mins walk to the centre of sorrento. There are a number of nice restaurants and bars approx 10 mins away from the villa which was a good alternative for us on some nights

It didn't bother us, but on the walk to sorrento some roads don't have pavements, but we soon got used to this. Some additional storage/drawers would be handy for clothes, and there was limited storage in the kitchen area for our food

Lucia was an excellent host and was very helpful and informative for the entire holiday. She picked us up from the train station and also dropped us back as we had a lot of luggage and two children! Nothing was too much trouble, whatever we needed. The apartment was clean, spacious and well stocked with welcome drinks and even her homemade marmalade from the trees our own terrace. The pool was just the right size and the gardens provided a good place for adventures for our girls. We will definitely return again.

Was a little walk in to Sorrento and not many pavements around, so a little scary in the dark. However the accommodation could not be falted at all. Yes

Everything was perfect. Clean and comphy beds. You can reach the center of Sorrento by foot. The owner was really nice, sue gave us a ride to the train station.

This place had very nice garden area are with the pool, perfect to have a nice refreshing splash in the morning. Room was very spacious, private balcony was on 2 sides of the house which had an amazing view to the sea and Mount Vesuvius, there was also a small barbeque set in the balcony. Staff was very helpful and also provided cot for the baby. Perfect place to stay with family.

the host was very kind. the property was very wide and clean, full occupied kitchen. there is a pool in the garden, and a terrace with sea view. we enjoyed so much.

Super friendly owners and nice garden with a pool - kids loved to run around and swim. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

We absolutely loved Villa Flavia. We chose the one bedroom apartment and found it spacious and comfortable. Our host brought us fresh oranges and lemons so we could have fresh juice in the morning. The property is up the hill from the busy areas of Sorrento so it is quiet and has amazing views from the terrace. There is a washing machine to wash clothes; after three weeks in Italy this was very helpful. Free parking was also a bonus. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed for 6 days in Apartment Cedri, which was really comfortable for 2 people. I wouldn’t recommend staying with 4 people as 2 people would have to sleep in the kitchen/living room area. But for 2 it’s perfect! The apartment was nice and clean and you have everything you need (washing machine, oven, fridge with freezer,…). Note: there is no microwave or dishwasher. Upon arrival there was some fresh water and beer in the fridge, some coffee, bread and croissants and some other breakfast items! This was really appreciated and made us feel very welcome!

We had some difficulties reaching the host upon arrival. Good to know: the entrance to the property’s parking space is in a different street. Drive up the street, turn right at the end, follow a few hundred meters and then right again (you’ll see the signs for Villa Flavia). Also good to know is that there are 6 different apartments on the property, split over 3 buildings. Our apartment was in the building closest to the street, which meant there was quite some noise at night. It didn’t bother us, but if you are looking for some peace and quiet, I would recommend staying in one of the other apartments (not Cedri or Melo). The only two things that kept us from giving 10/10 (we would’ve given 9,5 if that was an option) is the low water pressure in the shower and the bed which was quite hard. Other than that we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back here!!

No air conditioner in the living room. But 2 bedrooms had air conditioner. A bit of animal smell (some farm nearby). Also maybe some cleaning in the middle of stay would be very nice.

The hosts were just amazingly kind and friendly. The property was very beautiful and functional.

This villa has everything you need with amazing views, close to Sant’Angello town centre. It is not far to access public transport to explore Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The location is around a 10 minute walk from the town centre and is slightly uphill however we did not find this a difficult walk. The apartment was extremely spacious and clean and Lucia the owner had supplied some breakfast items, bottled water and a large beer in preparation for our arrival. The outdoor areas were also lovely, the pool surrounded by lime trees and flowers and the roof terrace with amazing views. Nothing was too much for Lucia, she even brought us a huge homemade pizza one evening! We were able to check out late and Lucia offered us a lift down to the train station knowing we had our luggage to carry. If you want a peaceful, authentic Italian experience then Villa Flavia should be at the top of your list. We had an amazing holiday and would absolutely recommend the property. Thank you again Lucia for a wonderful stay :)

The villa is on the outskirts of the town centre and a 30 minute walk to Sorrento. Bars & restaurants are easily accessible from the villa. The hosts are a lovely couple who are extremely welcoming & helpful.

Nothing - everything perfect!

We've visited this area several times before, but this has been our most enjoyable stay. Villa Flavia is a lovely and romantic place. Great for families with older kids and very suitable for couples. The Villa is within walkable distance of the Sant'Agnello village centre and the Circumvesuviana. Bonus is an excellent pizzeria just a few hundred meters away. The Villa is an oasis on the Sorrento coast with comfortable apartments, each with spacious balconies or other outdoor areas. It's well maintained and has views that are unsurpassed. We can't wait to return!

Airco may need maintenance. It kept the master bedroom just cold enough but the room where our kids slept was quite warm.
