Posizione perfetta proprio sulla spiaggia. Non aspettavamo sarebbe proprio così! C'e` un bel terrazzo fuori. Camere con vista mare e alba. Ristorante vicini. Colazione buonissima. Staff molto accogliente.

The hotel, as we expected, was directly on the beach. However, in this time of year, there is very little except for a couple small restaurants that was open in the area so it felt a little isolated. We had requested a Seaview room which we received on the third floor. We asked about the two nearby restaurants and they told us that the food was better in the campground restaurant and so we went there and had an excellent dinner. That night, a big storm swept in and the waves were so large and powerful that they were beating on the front of the hotel as well as splashing up on the hotel balcony. It was severe enough that we had to switch to a room on the other side of the hotel in the middle of the night. It wouldn't have been so bad and we might not have had to switch the room except that we couldn't close the windows to the ocean because the air conditioner did not work on the room was quite stuffy. In the morning, the traffic along the street in front of the hotel was loud enough with the windows open that we were awake and early. Nonetheless, breakfast was good, the people were quite friendly, and the hotel was clean and functionally intact. The shower was a little small but functional and the water was hot.

Having a functional air conditioning would've been excellent. We even asked them about it late at night and they said that it was turned off in favor of heating. It didn't seem like it could function both ways. They were actually very willing to change our room to the other side of the hotel in the middle of the night but it was a somewhat upsetting disturbance to our sleep.

Even the rooms to the road are good. You have a wonderful view to Loreto and the washing dries fast in the evening sun.

The beach is stunning!! Breakfast was fantastic. Huge selection of food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mattia the lifeguard was very welcoming. Rooms and hotel were very clean.

The only complaint was the room was very small and we were only 3 people

relax ambience, close to the sea shore

this is convenient for the beach areas with a few restaurants. staff were excellent and speak good English. Hotel is adequate and somewhat retro in decor. Some might say a bit chintzy. Lots of famous people have stayed there apparently. The room is comfortable, with a wardrobe. Bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Plenty restaurants nearby. Staff very helpful and can order transport for you. Easy quick taxi journeys to the sites for around 15-20 euros each way. I asked if there was a balcony in advance and advised there was a small one. It was so small, only sufficient room for 1 person to stand. A nice large terrace is available to view the sea with loungers and parasols. We did not sample the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Otherwise a reasonably comfortable stay.

Was told there was a ‘balcony’ however this was tiny. and not what a visitor would expect to be called a balcony. I would expect to see at least room for 2 chairs. Price at 90 euros per night is a little pricey compared to other hotels in Italy of a better quality.
