Chaotic breakfast, noise under room from truck delivery, to glass bottle recycling….

It was such a great stay, we only wished we had stayed longer

Everything was perfect - the only thing was the children/school children that were staying as a group as in the morning they were so loud at 6.30am on our first morning getting up/alarms going off and just loud loud loud. It was only the first morning and that was not the hotel's fault at all.

The hotel was a short distance from the venue we had to reach on the morning after we arrived

Status of maintenance of the room was very poor

Room size - it is amazingly huge. Quite suprised in a good way though. Location - right in front if sea Reception staff- is good and helpful.

The restaurant!!! The staff at restaurant was rude and actually zero help. The rest of the staff actually does not care about individuals and they are just behind groups! The AC in the bedroom didn’t work.

Nice swimming pool and I got a big room. Good parking availability nearby the hotel and the location itself is pretty nice.

Unfortunately many things. Staff was a bit rude, it’s hard to use elevators and you need to wait for a long time sometimes. The room was full of sand on the floor and the bed was uncomfortable unfortunately. The TV screen was broken and the communication from the staff ar the reception was pretty poor. We had a stroller and they made us lift it when actually there was an elevator available; pretty rude to be honest. They didn’t inform us about the location where breakfast takes place so I went to another breakfast room and I was angrily kicked out; not a nice experience when you pay so much for a room.
