Super schöne Anlage, die top gepflegt ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, geräumig und super ausgestattet. Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand von Cala‘n Bosch. An der Küste kann man super wandern. Der Pool ist super und gepflegt. Es gibt ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet und eine nette Bar. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und super kinderfreundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Küche hätte ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein können.

Good location great restaurant

Our room was backing onto pool pump house which could be noisy at night.

This property exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Lovely grounds with hibiscus, bougainvillea and jasmine all looked after wonderfully. Pool and surrounding area was kept clean, was free of litter and clutter with a lifeguard on duty every day. We only had breakfast in the restaurant, there was plenty of choice of hot & cold foods with everything that you would expect. Daily clean was done with a smile and positive attitude. Overall a great location with spacious apartments and good facilities. Will definitely recommend apartment 53, which is ground floor with easy access for people with mobility issues via both front and rear access.

+super easy access to beach, very fine sand and water is clear, good for children, a bit crowded though but it’s the high season +hotel is modern and well decorated/maintained in the public areas, it has 2 nice pools & environment & many flowers +breakfast has a lot of varieties, loved the omelette +there is a shop on the other side of street, very convenient +most of the staff are friendly and helpful

- Forgot my shuttle booking until I reminded them on the day of arrival - 1st night we got a room that was not only much smaller than the stated “45m2”, but next to a loud ventilation or power tower, which was very noisy. The AC was broken, too; instead of trying to finding an alternative room, all they cared was to ask me to pay the “extra” guest (I booked the room and paid the rate for 2 adults and we showed up as one adult and one child); Next morning I asked for a change of room, but I was shocked by the most aggressive receptionist I ever met. He was so rude that I am so sickened and my impression about the hotel can’t be improved even all other staff at the hotel were nice and friendly (he was the tallest receptionist) - the 2nd night we got a room facing street with a strong musty odor, I complained again next day the technician put some air freshener in the AC and a dehumidifier in the room for the rest of our stay; - Worn hardware in room, such as leaking faucet and rusty toilet paper holder; - My personal trauma and nightmare: the tall, mid-aged receptionist; - Breakfast food’s quality needs a bit upgrade, for example the coffee and meat products such as salami and the sausage; - we would have to pay for using the safe 16€/week; - Room was not soundproof at all All in all, it’s not the hotel I expected for this much of money I paid.

Super good breakfast-a lot of different choices, very supportive and friendly staff

Everything! Food was amazing, even if not much variety it was sufficient and delicious. Our son has an allergy and they would offer special meals without charging extra. They also provide baby cutlery and plates, no need to carry our own. The hotel facilities and location was perfect.
