Very clean, all hotel staffs were professional and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Room was really nice, chose a suite which was worth the extra. Overall a really relaxing weeks break, would recommend hotel and will definitely consider returning if back in Menorca

Lovely hotel if you want a quiet adult only stay. Food good in the hotel and nice restaurants at the marina nearby. Service excellent, our sixth stay but there are lots of repeat customers. Area fairly quiet, depends if that’s what you want or not. Lots of the staff have been there a long time which reflects the efficiency and competence of Gustavo, the manager

Hotel is fine, nicely located and quiet, it’s clean, pool is great and the staff are friendly. My issues were as follows; 1. The gym is awful, not good enough. 2. The reception staff spend too much time serving drinks and not enough time checking people in and out etc, hotel needs a concierge to do more 3. Too much icing sugar on pastries at breakfast, always! Why? 4. Coffee wasn’t good. 5. Everything else was fine. Thanks J

I spent 3 nights at the hotel with my husband and another couple in July 2018. The check in staff were lovely. They offered us sparkling wine on arrival plus a voucher for 2 free glasses and there was even a free bottle of fizz in our room. The huge pool has an atmosphere of calm maybe even silence as no under 16s are allowed at the hotel. It was very clean and gorgeous. We had a lovely air conditioned ground floor room with patio doors from which you could walk straight over to the pool. It was very clean. The beds were two singles pushed together rather than a double which was slightly disappointing but the room was great. We were on half board and so had breakfast and an evening meal every day. The breakfast was plentiful with hundreds of options. The menu changed every day for the evening meal. The standard of the food was slightly ordinary. You should not chose this hotel as a foodie experience but if you want a total relax it is great.

What an excellent hotel. We were looking for a quiet relaxing elegant hotel and we found it. The staff were superb .We had the perfect holiday thank you .

Professional in every respect avery enjoyable atay

A few things not perfect enough for 5star rating in my view,a few things in room not picked up on until we pointed it outi.e no soap,shower gel !the trouser wearing for gents in restaurant in evenings stupid in those temps (we couldn't use because of this silly rule.) a lot of music in evenings slow &depressing, all the young breakfast staff very good &polite but one older chap with black hair was very rude & abrupt one morning,I think he was in charge & if he wasn't he thought he was!! Mostly ok hotel but we won't be rushing back because we didn't like the area at all,we were under the impression menorca was quiet & calm for the mature traveller we'll from what we saw down the marina it was like BUTLINS in uk!!!!! Disappointing holiday!!

A beautiful hotel in lovely setting. Staff very helpful, very pleasant, lots of recommendations from them. Shuttle bus to Cuitadella, great and free.But it's only 8 seats and is booked quickly. The local bus is near hotel and only a few euros, so another plus. The local beach is lovely with clear blue sea. The Marina is a 5 minute walk away and lots of restaurants and bars to cater for all price ranges. Cala Bosch is a lovely place to stay and highly recommended. Cuitadella is a must in the evening for food on the harbour, as well as during the daytime with lots of shops, but beautiful streets to stroll.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff could not be more helpful or friendly. Adults only which means afternoons by the pool are very peaceful. Good food, especially breakfast.

We would recommend this hotel. Staff; hotel manager Gustav, reception staff, restaurant staff - Julien, Caitlin and others were all wonderful. Staff are concerned if you are not having a great holiday and make efforts to change food dishes or anything to make your stay better. Room is clean and bed comfortable. We wanted a king but had two single beds joined which was fine. We enjoyed use of the spa which is included. It was our anniversary and the hotel gave us chocolates and champagne. The hotel provides a bus to the town which is beautiful, especially near the port where there are evening markets. The local beach is beautiful but crowded and has a fishy smell which was a little off putting. The alternative beach is rocky and not sandy. However, walks around the local port are relaxing and there are plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy there.

Comfort and good service

Hotel is convenient for a relaxed stay - spa is extremely nice having two saunas, jacuzzi and an indoor pool. Gym is small and has outworn equipment. Outdoor pool area is large and well maintained. Breakfast at this hotel was exceptionally good- there are a lot of healthy options available, apart from standard Mediterranean cakes and sweet choices.

Very nice stay. Tucked away in Cala N Bosc. Definitely a hotel made for 45/50 and over age wise. Wonderful breakfast. Workout facility is definitely not 5 star. Its 2016 and such old equipment should not exist.

Our stay was great. The hotel staff made everythig in their hands to make our stay even more comfortable. They know a lot about the area, so they recommended us some cool beaches to go. At night, in the area -walking distance- you can find some restaurants close to a little harbour but its really thought for English and German families (Burger King, Chinese reataurant, pizza, mexican food...). If youre looking for something more authentic, Ciudadella is 10 min. drive and its really nice. Lots of Spanish food reataurants and worth a walk through the old streets
