The staff were very polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble

Friendly bar staff..Good location ..comfortable beds.
When checked in told had a room at front on busy main road.Asked if could change to side room away from road receptionist said none available.
She explained booking.com only had rooms facing the road.We later found out there were side rooms.
She said only way to get another room was to pay 15 euro per night for pool view room or 20 euro per night for refurbished pool view room !!!!
Also no anti slip matt or cover in Bath/ shower.
We go to this hotel 2 or 3 times a year but won't return now.
We have lodged complaint with hotel and booking.com.

Pool good, there were enough sunbeds, lovely and clean, we didn't eat there so can't comment on their food. Booked in at 4am with no issues.pillows were comfortable.
I should have read the other reviews first, no kettles or cups, Aircon was poor..

Tired Room, Very low quality breakfast offer. We were not offered parking but found a space out front. We found out from other guests that there was underground parking.

Awful.. tasteless.. over cooked .. fatty.. minimal options .. no labelling .. had breakfast once and not again.. not an English speaking hotel.. bath taps did not work .. no information on hotel or how to do anything or call reception ..

Nice big room, and balcony with pool and sea view. All staff excellent, especial a young man on the reception, he was very good and helped me with my elderly parents booking.
Tea and coffe facilities in the room would have been nice.

Breakfast - we didn't have as part of our package but we paid on a couple of mornings. The selection was quite good but not as wide a selection as I might have expected, but good value all the same. Lovely pool area. Lovely staff.
Nothing I didn't like! Would definitely return, and would recommend to others.

The room was nice and staff helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the bar staff great.
I went bed only and found it very expensive to eat if I wanted to, breakfast was €11 which is quite acceptable but lunch and evening meal were €29 I didn’t eat in the restaurant because it was too expensive for what I would eat.

Staff was amazingly helpful. We were very sick and they got a doctor to come to hotel and examine and treat us. Had to stay an extra night, and they gave us the same discounted rate we'd gotten online for the 1st night. Very considerate and compassionate.
Spacious room with fridge.
Beds and bedding super comfortable. Big bathroom.
Had balcony, chairs, view of ocean. Two blocks from beach.
Free garage parking below hotel.

Comfortable room, good selection of hot & cold breakfast. Evening meals were of good quality, and good service from staff . fantastic accommodation/ meal deal ! Will be back again all next year too ! Thanks team , Paul Sedgwick.,
