Location is fabulous. Complex and swimming pools are very clean and well looked after. Welcome pack with milk, water, juice in fridge was very thoughtful. Kitchen well equipped. TV had english channels to watch.

Bathroom needs a bit of maintenance and TLC. Main double bed is a bit small in length (my feet were sticking out). Living room and balcony furniture feels a bit cluttered, with coffee table in the centre, which you keep on bumping into. Too many furniture on balcony, which makes it difficult to move around, and you cannot use the sun beds properly due to lack of space. A warning sign INSIDE the balcony doors that the doors will lock immediately if you shut the doors outside will be handy to inform you before you physically step out on the balcony.

Bia the meet & greet lady was so friendly & gave us her number to ask any questions we had about where to go she was so helpful. The apartment was spotless, had everything you needed in it, very modern, also had beach towels. I would stay here again. Pools very spotless guys come every morning to clean them. The owner I messaged a few times to ask questions he got straight back to me very quickly & was so helpful, went out of his way to help us. It's a fabulous location too lidl, mercadona, consum & aldi were minutes walk away, few restaurants near by, the taxi rank, strip with lots of restaurants is a 10 minute walk and not far from the beach too. There is also a little night market on certain days right on the doorstep. Perfect location. Fabulous stay. I would highly recommend.

Could do with children corners on the glass coffee table. I would suggest another arm chair in the lounge

There was alot of Ants in the apartment, had to spend time each day cleaning and hoovering them up. You have to carry the loungers to the pool and back each day not ideal with two young kids.

The pools! Location perfect as we were part of a larger group together in complex. Flat had cool bag, bottle openers, all types of glass including some poolside safe plastics, the air con worked sweeping brush to manage the sand we seemed to traipse I'm. TV and WiFi for the kids. Beds and pillows comfy. The USB points on bedside lamps were very welcome. Wardrobes were full of hangers. The ambiance outside is great, lovely lovely days by the pool looking at well kept flats and gardens. A lovely welcome parcel was a lovely and delicious touch. As was the ice in the fridge, and some basic condiments!

To be perfect, Netflix or another TV provider reliably working would have been even better. And possibly some additional uk adaptors and some plug ins ready for new mosquito repellent would have been good.(in a dream world!) This is a tiny point. My kids couldn't play with a ball- lots of signs around to warn against same, which was disappointing- especially as we were 75% of the time, the only people using the poolside during our Oct holidays. Not a game changer, but took a little of our time away to find space outside when kids wanted to play with their balls.
