Loved the pool area and the breakfast. The Size of the room was big. We had the sea view along with pool view.

The bed was uncomfortable. Very stiff with springs. I'm big with mattress comfort, and I was a bit disappointed in that aspect. Also, the pool area closed right before sunset along with all facility amenities.

It was my second time in this hotel and the stay was amazing again. The staff was so friendly and willing again. The dinner is delicious and Cala Agulla beach which is quite close is really beautiful. I think i will come again for the third time. :-)

Maybe I missed some nice and quite music at the pool and some cultural program in the evening. :-) Yet everything was fine at this hotel! :o)

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Lovely pool, close to the beach and town. Really nice decor, lots of storage space for our luggage, nice balcony. It had all that we needed in the kitchen, including a coffee maker. It was kept clean daily. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The staff were extremely helpful. My partner needed special dietary requirements and the staff were extremely accommodating and made what could have been a very stressful trip for her a real success.

the view from the room was divine over the water. the staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond for our friends birthday. we loved Toni at the front desk.

The location is incredible, right on the seafront! We were lucky enough to have one of the rooms overlooking the sea which was breathtaking. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and the sea is one of the most beautiful ones i've ever swam in. The pool area of the hotel is lovely and wasn't too small for the number of guests. I also liked the fact it wasn't a huge hotel with hundreds of guests. The rooms were perfectly nice, not super fancy but simple and clean. Cala Ratjada also has a lovely marina/port with restaurants which was great and is only a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel.

The nearby beach is VERY busy so be prepared to get down early to get a sunbed and umbrella. The Hotel was great, only tiny thing is there were no bowls in the apartment and it would be nice if they supplied a couple of tea bags/small milks etc to avoid having to buy a big pack for a small number of nights. If you go as two friends be prepared that the double bed doesn't come apart so one of you will be sleeping on the sofa bed. The pull-out sofa bed however was very comfortable- I would recommend sleeping on this pull-out one even if the staff make up the bed on top of the sofa as on top of the sofa wasn't comfortable as it is only a thin sheet on top of a slippy plastic sofa.

Double charged for ‘extras’ on checking out i.e my credit card had already been debited for costs of breakfast (for 3) and for room security box rental. Receptionist did not believe this and insisted I pay again on checking out, despite me showing her the transaction on my online card statement. A very disappointing end to a stay that until then had been excellent. Though the extra cost of ~£40 is not significant in the context of the total bill, I would not stay at this hotel or others in the THB chain again for this reason. THB need to resolve this issue.

The friendliest reception and waiting staff I have ever experienced. Enrico the Manager goes out of his way to ensure you enjoy your stay. His attention to detail is remarkable. When we arrived at 2215 they had kept us dinner which was very welcome. The town of Cala Rajada has little to offer except very ordinary restaurants and shops but the location of the hotel right on the sea front with beautiful views is excellent. The choice at the breakfast and dinner buffets is superb with a choice of freshly cooked fish and meat every evening with paella, fresh pasta etc. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it for value and hospitality.

Staff, food, comfort and location with a short walk to Cala Agulla

Location. Breakfast and dinner had a lot of options and delicious food.

Heating did not work.. there was a bit cold for few days in rainy october but no one took care of it.

Quiet and pretty small hotel. We had half board and food was good.

Pleasant hotel, good pool, great breakfast.

Our room (2 bedroom apartment), was on the street side and as a result a bit noisy.

The location is amazing in a preserved area and near one of the best beaches in Majorca. Very professional and friendly staff at the bar/restaurant.

We came 3 times to this hotel over the last years and it is the first time we have been disappointed. First of all, we have been told that we could not get a "good room with view" since we booked on Booking.com (as we did the previous times without issues). This is quite surprising.. Also, the hotel features felt changed in a "Ryanair" style where you have to pay for everything, including basic things like washing up liquid to the safe in the bedroom. It is the first time in my life that I have been asked to pay for a safe and I have been to many hotels/hostels/airbnb. Finally, the hotel would need a little refresh.

Amazing view from our balcony Lovely people. Pool was not very big, but good enough for our 10 and 8 year old. Very close to a lovey beach, with beautiful blue water.

Location: you are minutes walk from one of the best Calas in Malloca and also a few minutes car ride to more beach options to suite your mood. We love the smaller size of the Hotel compared to others that are simply massive. The service is personal, it never feels overcrowded and the food is consistently good.

Everyone at the hotel makes sure you have the best experience, helpful, thoughtful and always kind with us. Everything clean and well taken care of. The breakfast and dinners are simply outstanding!!! The swimming pool great and the most beautiful beach at walking distance. Family oriented 100% and the best quality of service. The best food, the best customer service, great location, facilities, very satisfied.

Just once there was a loud party at a hotel in front and we were having troubles sleeping but nothing THB Guya Playa could do, I guess.

The location by the coast was beautiful, very close to beaches and other swimming spots. The pool was nice and with a good view of the hills and sea. Managed to get good sun beds somedays and could have a wander around the local area other days. The food was good value and a decent variety, a nice breakfast buffet and other choices for dinner. The staff were all friendly and helpful and our room was a nice respite from the heat if it got too much! Hope to come back soon.
