We enjoyed our stay at this very historic property. We had a very good 3 course dinner and an excellent breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly.

It’s a little out of the town center but the walk along the river to get there is very pleasant.

All was excellent and will return again with no hesitations.

Location was lovely and peaceful but quite a way out from Gernika which mean you couldn’t really go out and eat in Gernika at night ( on foot) - but reasonably clear from description

stunning building and hotel. had room in the attic which as so cute! had dinner and breakfast at hotel and both were lovely, generous and well priced.

it was slightly out of town so added an extra 1km to our Camino hike, but once there no reason to hoo back into town

The staff went above and beyond. They went way out of there way to take care of me.

This was one of my favorite stops along the Camino. So kind, helpful, great food. Great atmosphere.

Limited menu but it was kind of out of season but the pizza was fantastic. Shelf in the shower would be usefull, quite easy to loose your soap or shampoo down the gaps in the stone slab shower floor.

Helpfull and friendly staff, great building and rural location. Only 5mins drive to town.

The hotel was full of character. The history was fascinating. Food was excellent.

The building is amazing! The staff were really kind and helpful.

No shelf for the shower gel in the shower.

This hotel is definitely worth its money! It has a beautiful architecture, the rooms are cute and you immediately feel homey. The bathroom is clean and the shower is great, because it’s a rain forest shower :) It’s 5 minutes by car to the center and 20 minutes by foot. The staff is really friendly as well :)

We stayed here in our camino de santiago walk. Spacious big room. Experience of a shower! It was like a wet room with 6 individual shower heads. Standing jacuzzi almost. Needed after long walk. Bed was good. Big balcony where we could take our dinner to have a sunset view. Restaurant was fine. Very welcoming and kind stuff.

The barmen was severely coughing and that made us feel uncomfortable.

The "menu del dia" proposed in the evening was very good

The Wi-Fi was not functionning

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The pizza and coffee were delicious.

There could have been a little more choice of food at breakfast.
