The location is great - it's close to the sea, there are many bus stops around and on top of that a free parking is available. Pool area and the rooftop are also much better than what we've seen in other hotels nearby - it's clean and looks pretty modern, exactly as on the photos. For a hotel with such small territory it also has quite a lot to offer - a decent gym, sauna, hot tub on the roof, animation during the day and in the evening. Staff is mostly very friendly.

Two major downsides that affected our impressions were the facilities and food. Rooms are pretty shabby and require some serious renovation. Personally, instead of a huge TV taking half of the wall I'd rather have a toilet and shower that are not leaking and walls and tiles that do not look like they're from 20xx. Beds and pillows are not comfortable and the air conditioning is weird. There was a fridge in our room, but it looked and felt ancient. Two elevators that serve 9 floors of the building are ridiculously small and old, so you often have to queue to go up or down. Another problem for me was food. We don't eat meat, and that turned out to be limiting our choices quite noticeably. But even without that, the food was often not fresh and pretty boring most of the time. Dinners were still OK, but breakfasts were really not good, especially the fresh fruit and vegetable section.

The staff, hotel, wifi, pool, buffet, parking were great. The pictures match exactly with reality.

The bathroom is clean but could do with a makeover.

Very nice hotel. Staff very helpful and interested. Dining Room and Bar staff ably led by the superb Alexis.

Rooms have not been given a makeover for some time. Management could do well to invest in rooms at this point. Bar area is not very comfortable, especially on cooler evenings.

The friendliness of the staff in the dining room and the lady on reception who was very welcoming when we arrived. The selection of food in the buffet for breakfast and dinner. Activities throughout the day such as yoga, aqua aerobics if needed. Amazing views of wider resort from jacuzzi on the roof. Convenient location for public transport to all other resorts.

I would have appreciated if the guys on reception were more helpful and didn't keep talking to others as we were trying to discuss things with them.

The staff were very friendly and always smiling. We were there in November and easy to get sun beds at the pool. We had an issue with noise in the room we were given and this was resolved for us on day 2 of our holiday.

The first room we were given was beside loud machinery it was noisy all night and it was impossible to sleep there. Not a great variety for evening meals.

When we moved rooms it was faultless.

When we arrived we were given room number 120 which was on the ground floor and facing the carpark, and the fridge and kettle didn't work. We were told if we had booked it earlier we would have had a better room. We booked it 7 months earlier. We asked to be moved to face the swimming pool where the sun would be for most of the day. The receptionist fixed it for us to move to a better room, but because of groups and not splitting them we still didn't get the greatest view in the complex but it was a 100 times better then the one we were moved out of, even though it was smaller and had less sockets.That was the only negative part of our stay and it was rectified.
