The pool is nice but small. The view is amazing. Really. Amazing.

The staff does not utter more words than “uh?” unless pressed. As this is the former GDR, everyone works according to plans and schedules, that of course all fail. Be prepared to receive a pass and don’t forget to schedule your dinner and breakfast. And don’t choose your own table: there will be one assigned to you. In my case, table 28, but it took some time before I understood that “eight twenty, eight twenty” didn’t mean I should have been 10 minutes early for my scheduled breakfast or that I had to pay €8,20. Most other tables were and remained empty, of course. I would return for the view, and maybe the pool. Off-season. Oh, and breakfast: meh.

Facilities like the pool or the sauna. Liked the support for the bike marathon guests like bike storage, extra shower possibilites, bike wash.

Location was good.

The food was substandard. Items were served cold. Quality was that of local supermarket frozen foods. It wasn’t worth half of the 25€ which it cost. A normal quality control team would fire the staff over such a culinary affront.

Great buffet breakfast, well run hotel with friendly staff. Parking at site for a small fee. Cocktails available in the evening.

Slight walking distance from main shopping street - but we knew this already when we booked! Definitely could upgrade to thicker/larger towels.

Quiet location. Comfortable room. great buffet breakfast and dinner (for small cost). pool and sauna.

Road work outside property started at 7am.

Breakfast too early!!! Folks want to sleep when in holiday. And here at 9:00 breakfast is over :-)

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The room and bathroom were both good sized and very clean, super comfy bed. Great location for shopping in downtown Seiffen. Staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Nice to have a restaurant in the hotel, dinner and breakfast were both buffet style with lots of options.

We couldn't get a good wifi signal in our room unless we stood by the doorway with the door open.

The staff were excellent, the breakfast was marvelous, and the view from our hotel window was breathtaking.

Room fans and window screens would have been helpful as the room was a bit warm at night. Also blackout curtains would have been wonderful.

The hotel staff made their best efforts to handle the opening of the hotel after the lockdown. Beautiful views over the surrounding mountains. The room was nice size and comfortable.

Sadly in the current times the breakfast options were limited. The wellness area is closed but the prices haven't dropped so you're not getting the same value for your money compared to normal circumstances. All this is out of hotel's control to an extent of course.

Great location, lovely breakfast and comfortable room. What made this hotel amazing was the staff. So friendly and helpful. Hopefully I can visit again soon.
