Location and a good breakfast

Breakfast, location, service, restaurant all wonderful

was really close to the base station of the cable car. Also had a small balcony wich was really nice

Bed was a bit hard and the toilet was a bit cramped and like in every hotel no fresh bred in the morning

Everything was great!

What made this stay especially enjoyable for me was the friendly hotel manager and staff, the location and the view from the room, very good value for the comparatively low rate. The restaurant looked very inviting, even though I didn't get a chance to eat there this time.

This is not a new hotel and you can see it in the somewhat dated interior, common areas and room. But: I found it all very clean, so it did not really matter to me.

Very friendly staff and great location

The breakfast was good, very good coffee. The personal was very helpful. The man showed me himself the parking in front of the hotel. There was water and chips in the room, included in the price. Very nice view.

You can hear the church ringing at night. But it is typically for Switzerland.

Very friendly staff. Good value. Breakfast was good qualify, but selection could have been better (no eggs or egg-dishes). Wifi was fast (200mbit/50mbit). Central location, but still quiet. Nice view.

Bathroom was a little cramped. Shower curtain was a bit annoying.

Breakfast was nice, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The location is great and there is a storage room for MTBs.

The room was a little small and the interior design is a little outdated, my impression is that the rooms haven't been refurbished in a few decades.

Excellent breakfast, Lovely hotel. We had a toilet and a shower room in our family room, and lots of space.

Very friendly lady at reception who offered a warm welcome and all necessary information. Free parking on site is a plus and breakfast buffet is very complete and of great quality, staff is everywhere very nice. Thank you again will definitely recommend the place !

Very warm and helpful welcome from the lady at front desk. Small but very clean room with all you need and very good mattress, nice breakfast, good food at restaurant. All in all, very good hotel in the center of Flims.

Everything. The staff is extremely useful and helpful. The Restaurant is very good with a great list of eines and beers. Great location. Clean and well taken care of.

Everything was done to a top standard and the dinner was superb. Maryanne and her staff were very helpful and we couldn’t have been treated any better. The location was great and we were able to see everything that we wanted to in the 2 days we were there
