The hotel is pleasantly located in the city center.

Room 209. There is constant humming in the toilet and bathroom. It sounds like sucking or sucking something. The room does not have a functional air conditioner. With the window open, there is a lot of noise from outside all night - traffic, drunk people... I was only staying for one night (thankfully).. After returning from breakfast (about 9 a.m. I hadn't checked out yet) I found the door to my room wide open, all my belongings placed on the chair, and the cleaning lady already working in the room.

Clean, big room. Hotel located in the center of town. Good breakfast

Musty ambiance, like a left-over from the 80s without much flair or any kind of welcoming atmosphere

Great breakfast buffet. Comfortable and quiet room.

1. The size of the room was good. 2. The bathroom was big 3. The tv channel choice was good 4. The room window could be opened fully. 5. The room was clean but the decor was a bit bland (Felt like I was in a private room in a hospital after the smell in the hallways) 6. The fresh orange-juice and hot chocolate at breakfast was very tasty.

1. The smell in the hotel going to our room was like an old hospital or old peoples home. 2. The chocolate 'manner schnitt' gift in our room on arrival smelled bad, like it was very old. When I opened it the smell got stronger, so I didn't eat it but threw it out. 3. The breakfast was not 4 star standard. The bread Semmel and croissants were very stiff and cold, like they just took it out of the freezer, or have been in the freezer for a long time. Not fresh! The scrambled egg was stiff and lumpy, not soft and fluffy, looked like it was from 2-3 days old sitting on a silver plate with a light over it to keep it warm. The smoked salmon also looked like it was sitting around for a while, but we arrived very early in the breakfast room, so it must have been in the fridge for a while. 4. The breakfast personal seemed not to like their jobs, no enthusiasm, no proper greeting, no good morning, no genuine smiles. No conversations. As the breakfast room was full when we came down, so we had to sit in the dining room alone. The layout of the breakfast space was poor, uninviting, old, cold. 5. On checkout, nobody was at the reception, but a man came over after I saying that i wanted to checkout, but then he asked "did you not call?", to which I thought "what, call who?", then he proceeded to take the reception phone to call his colleague to check me out.
