It's was a while since I found a place with so high level of cuisine, customer satisfaction, facilities, service oriented and relaxing all in one place. The staff is phenomenal in all ways and the facilites are a mix or cozy and luxury at the same time. From the person that receives you in the front gate to everyone in the hotel is just exactly what you need if you're looking for relax time and family time.

Not having a souvenir store with some kids stuff. Other than that (and quite honestly it wasn't that important) everything was fantastic

Beautiful location with a great beach and golf course. The cappuccino’s were amazing.

Construction noise, the quality of the sheets and towels are not hotel grade, felt like we were sleeping on our grandmas very old sheets and pillows. The cleanliness of the room, the floors were very dirty with gum and other spills stuck to the floor. The quality of the food in the hotel was so so, often the meal would arrive cold.

When I booked my room, breakfast was included but, they denied it I was told is not included 😌
