The twin beds put together
where extremely hard. (felt like we slept on the floor)

The place is super quiet in front of the sea, there are some super nice beaches nearby or 20 min away. The owner is very kind and he cares about every detail (there is a hose in the balcony to clean your stuff after the beach). The swimming pool is lovely and the rooms very clean, comfortable and big. In sum, I highly recommend this place.

The pool is great, really clean and plenty of room. The WiFi has really improved which is helpful. Cleanliness of rooms and linen is superb. Additional shampoo and hand soap is a nice new touch. Really well maintained. Great value.

Staff indifferent, breakfast poor, bed very firm (like a stone), location in the middle of nowhere 3 km from Siteia but the road very dangerous to walk)

Great value - large room with sea view, everything worked. Nice pool. Quiet and convenient for access to Vai beach, Sitia and more. Having a car is recommended. We had one and it was perfect for us. Dog-friendly!!! This was the deciding point for us.
Screens would have been nice. They would have allowed us to keep the French doors open at night.

Unfortunately the beds are not so comfortable and in regards of cleanliness it could be better. The sea view was so and so due to the fact that there are some old buildings blocking it.

the area is near city 3m by car and 20 minute drive from amazing beaches of vai or kouremenos the famous windsurf beach, the rooms are big and itd quiet place
the pool was not very clean at the stairs with slime and was very slippery and my friend got accident, the spaces in between tiles need be be clean and remove the slime or other accident will happen

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room sizes were huge, for the price you pay. Aircon was good.. The apartment had all you need to cook a good meal. The swimming pool was lovely and an added bonus. We loved the hotel cat and kittens. Thank you for a relaxing stay.
