I like everything

The accommodation was excellent, very clean and comfortable. A great deal of thought has been put into everything to make it pleasant and comfortable for guests.

Have stayed here before so I kind of knew what to expect generally, and wasn't disappointed. Breakfasts were great, had one every day, well worth £10, kept me going all day. The staff were very helpful, and it was nice that they have a lounge area with a fridge and a microwave so cheap meals in the evening were no problem!

only one thing really, the door closer on my room was a little bit too slow, but really a minor quibble that, and I only mention it to make the red line turn green...

I found this by chance a I was looking for somewhere close to Scunthorpe. Booking was easy and the day before I was due to arrive I had a phone call from Angela to check that everything was OK. Arrived on the Saturday evening to be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by a friendly member of Staff (Ann). The room was everything I needed. Being Saturday they did not serve evening meals but pointed me in the direction of a nearby pub with excellent food. Slept well in a comfy bed and went down for a great freshly cooked Full English breakfast. Again made to feel welcome. Could not praise it highly enough. I would definitely recommend it without any qualms (can't say reservations as you need to book!!) and would definitely go back again. Free car parking and free Wi-Fi. Who could ask for anything more?

Everything done well. Simple, no frills accommodation, very clean. Excellent pre stay communication and a well priced excellent breakfast.

We asked to stay in the Annexe and our requirements were met. The kitchen facility there was excellent for us to have a quick cereals and toast before heading out for the train. The Full English breakfast we had in the main guest house on our free day was excellent too. Our 3rd stay there and will be staying there again.

Nothing! It was perfect!

when i arrived the building was locked, i called the number for the site and spoke with a lady who explained that they were actually closed for the bank holiday and that i should not have been able to book a room, however the lady came out and booked me in cannot ask for better service

Very friendly on arrival, helpful and professional staff, who showed myself and daughter to our en-suite rooms, very clean rooms, bedding was fresh as were the towels for the shower room, shower was spotless and no smell of mold or damp from the seals or outlet, a restful sleep on a comfortable bed. can't comment on the breakfast or evening meal as we were seeing friends and that aspect was covered (the breakfast smells emanating from the kitchen were mouth watering), Parking right outside the hotel too.

All round Quality operation.I have stayed here several times now and I am never disappointed.
