A nice old fashioned hotel. Bedding and room clean. Small though. Breakfast was nice and staff were helpful and friendly.
The shower was in a bath. I expected something better. Lack of Breakfast Tea teabags.

Location was as perfect as you could get. Easily walk to many sites. Metro and trams very convenient.

Very clean comfortable room. Superb location in centre of old town, yet quiet. Comprehensive breakfast and helpful staff. I loved the Schiele sketches which adorned the passageways.

location was so so but at night particularly for the solo traveler you want to watch and know your way back. seedy character hanging around the rear of the cathedral and in Stephanplatz
Not a good value as originally thought.the room was small and not functional at all and right next to housekeeping carts strewn all over. the tables in the room were old n rickety useless to keep a bag or hold anything. a useless old dirty kettle on another table.
rooms need updating w bedside tables so that charging phones/ watches is easier.
room was hot and the split Ac was ineffective took a long while and away from the bed. can only imagine how miserable it would be in July.
the night duty (guy)was very curt. zero customer service.I had an early start and requested coffee via the machine and he rudely ushered me away from breakfast room and said nothing will b ready.
I rate this place little better than a hostel/pension for a private bathroom but the price paid €150+ high
poor wifi in the room that losses connectivity every few minutes.
stay here only if you have to sleep and shower and can’t find anything better.
hotel itself and dated needs an overhaul with better furniture and amenities. breakfast was so so cold rubbery eggs and nothing to write home about. traveling through other European cities and this was a last disappointing stop!

Amazing central location (a main subway station is only two blocks away, lots of restaurants and shops around), incredibly clean and comfortable facilities. I booked a one person room thinking it would be tiny, but it was actually quite spacious. The staff were amazing.

Air Conditioning broke down but this was not a great inconvenience and staff were very apologetic. We were offered “Free Mini Bar” though we only took two items.

The hotel was so centrally located, it was clean, the breakfasts were very good. But especially we liked that the front desk staff were so helpful to us. in fact, Teresa spent a good deal of time helping us organize a trip in the Wachau Valley. They also helped us translate from German to English as needed. We would really recommend this property to others.

The hotel is in a great location - less than 100 meters from the cathedral right in the heart of Vienna. It was a 10-minute walk from the central station which meant I was at my hotel within less than an hour after landing at the airport. A really warm welcome on arrival and quickly to my room on the ground floor. Very easy to then access the rest of Vienna for my trip set up with a good breakfast in the morning.
The hotel was too warm - but then everywhere in Austria felt too warm indoors - maybe it is a feature of Austrian life? The room decor was a little dated but a great size and the aircon didn't seem to make any appreciable difference to the room temperature. My only gripe was the very firm bed. I don't mind a firm bed but this was something else. Otherwise a quiet neighbourhood.

Good location, clean, polite and friendly staff. Wi-Fi worked fine. Checked in immediately on arrival rather than at 2pm. On departure they gave me a "tip" - did not charge me for the minibar :)
They don't have a good payment system. When I booked a room, they were rejecting valid cards - so, booking.com called them at my request (thanks). And when I arrived, I successfully paid with the same card they rejected online.

Amazing location (2 minutes from the cathedral!) Incredibly clean and very quiet room (slept very well). Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Excellent value for money, I would definitely stay again.

Our first room at the front of the building did not have double glazing so the street noise kept us awake. However the staff did not hesitate in moving us to a quieter room
