room was big and clean. lots of restaurants nearby

rats make noise in the roof. a bit far from tourist attractions

The room is very spacious and comfortable, the pool looked clean, the balcony is regularly clean and the staffs are friendly. The location is perfect for us, 3 mins walking to the famous gelato shop and 7 mins driving to the famous satay restaurant, however the traffic is quite bad to get to the city center.

Some of the furnitures need to be updated, but i do love the antique wood design of the furnitures. I don't like the blanket.

Wifi not working properly

The room is spacious. Request extra bed and it was smooth as expected. There is a pool and you can request additional tea and/or coffee if it's available to staff. Overall comfortable and very good hospitality

It was only our room paid including breakfast, it is mandatory to tell the customer to be served into our room before morning

Bedbugs! Loud parties. Staff barely speaks English. All good reviews by locals, not a good place to stay as tourist.

It was a family staycation. I liked the large rooms, bathtub, and quite comfy bed. Many rooms were vacant, so it was nice & quiet. Enjoyed the kids pool with my son.

Old furniture. Despite being old they were all high quality teak wood. Mattress and pillows should be renewed. Install brighter lights.

Receptionist was polite, free breakfast sent to the room on good timing, the pool was clean, the room was clean, it was near to cafes/restos. also, quite nice bathtub

the air conditioner was kinda not fully functioning in my room. the toilettries wasn't supposed to use in bathtub. liquid body wash wasn't provided.

The hotel location is quite close with several tourist attractions

We got same breakfast menu during two days and some facilities don't work well, such as wi-fi, AC, hot and cool shower.
