Marcia was excellent with all queries. She was always there to help with any info we need.
Free parking in the accomodation is really great.

The bathroom was smelly and had this canal odor. So the door had to be closed all the time.

The location was great, two major supermarket nearby. blinds in the rooms were great. .
the shower in the kids room wouldn't turn off but we managed with a lot of force to turn them off eventually.

Great location. Very good rooms. Hair dryer, shampoo, showergel available. Guests have access to a kitchen with everything they need for cooking. A refrigerator is also available. It is possible to iron clothes.
Wonderful beaches nearby. Wonderful beaches 15 minutes away by car.
Definitely recommend!
Wet air flow in the bathroom could be better.

Extremely dated rooms, small dark corridors, tiny bathroom, rude staff checked us in and when we said why didn’t they tell us on phone when we rang we need a Covid test she was extremely rude and sarcastic. Stayed in 3 hotels in Loule that didn’t ask for COVID test so didn’t get it. She rudely said “I’m not going to discuss Portuguese law now”. And “the french and Italian know, why don’t you know” Breakfast not included for €70. Anyone thinking of staying here you should book Coreto guesthouse in Loule instead which is stunning & modern and high quality breakfast for €76. Don’t stay at Oliveira unless you are desperate.

The hotel looks good, friendly hostess, free parking and great cleaning. You will hardly be pleased with the location if you are without a car, this is perhaps the only thing that we didn’t like very much, but considering the price ratio in this region, everything was fine, the price-quality ratio was excellent.
