The breakfast is nice. The hotel staff are accommodating to my concerns.

When we arrived, the bathroom sink is not working and the toilet flush is not working too. The air-condition is not cold. We changed room and same, the shower water is too little and the bathroom is dirty.

I like their room although the A/C was not that cool maybe adjusted with the weather. The location was good it's very close to Ayala Center. I do not like the breakfast served the "dilis" the option is to eat egg and sausage There is no bidet in the toilet.

Put bidet in your toilet

only 1 lift working, tv was very poor quality, the safe had to be changed, they didn’t clean the room unless you asked and the bathroom plug was broken

Clean room.

Staff are not so helpful and not competent especially in the dining area. If you will ask them they will refer you to the front desk. Why put someone to stand at the restaurant not knowing things. While eating the breakfast I asked to put water in my empty glass and I was ignored. In our room, hot and cold shower not working. Tv is not set up so you have to configure thing to make it work. I also tuen on the sign that our room needs to be cleaned and went back ro hotel that its not yet done and we have to remind them.

Prime location. Close to the business park, mall and very accessible to public transpo.

The pool seemed to be "unmaintained" and the rooms are spacious but a bit outdated regarding interiors. There was an event during our stay and half, if not most, of the space for the breakfast buffet was closed off for the event's guests.

we were there for 3 nights and not a single time they clean our room or ask if we want it cleaned We have to ask for fill in for some stuffs like toiletries.
