Great breakfast

The location

it’s clean, the staff are super nice,, the breakfast is an open buffet but pretty much the same things every day and you will not be bored there. if you see a rocky beach in front of you, don’t get upset, an amazing beach is 4 minutes walking away.

but if you like to explore and see the island a car is a must, there is only one bus every hour, und you need for example an hour and a half or two hours to the airport. And one more thing, you should pay for the sun beds.

The location was good and the staff were very helpful.

The worst thing was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, this alone would put me off going again. The other thing I didn't like was the fact they never hoovered the pools so the sand & debris on the bottom just got worse and worse during the week.

Perfect location, nice rooms with balcony. Even the standard rooms have some view of the sea as the hotel is located on a headland.

Very busy breakfast area. Always short of coffee mugs and juice glasses and staff did not take action when asked. Poor replacement of bathroom products when they ran out.

The "beach". Very disappointed. Could do with more sockets in the bedroom.

Nice place, very clean, great pool, beautiful beach 5 min from the hotel.

Evening entertainment, live music not the best, some evenings very boring ( not great singers 😉)

Reception staff were fantastic as were the restaurant and housekeeping staff. Nice to have free filtered water in the reception area to fill up our own bottles too!

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly.

To me this hotel should be 4 starts and not 3! :) We asked for all inclusive package. The food choice was amazing. The service was great. The room was perfect size and very comfortable for a long staying. We will definitely go back. The people who work at this hotel have real service vocation, totally recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have a relaxing and family friendly environment.

Proximity to the beach

Little variety and poor meal preparation, main courses were almost always pork or frozen foods that came straight from the bag into the fryer without preparation in front of the guests. Cleaning and organization of the pool area could be better.

Hotel swimming pool opens late and closes early, I wish it was open from 7 in the morning til 10 at night.

It was clean, spacious and parts were modern. Food was delicious with so many options to choose from. Pools were great and we never had problems getting loungers. Right next to the sea which was perfect for swimming and snorkelling. Lovely walks including a beautiful beach with white sands and crystal clear blue sea. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Good entertainment most nights.

Some parts need upgrading but this didn’t affect our stay.
