Café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade, era uma opção de pão e uma de ovo por pessoa. Frutas a vontade.

Apartement propre situé dans un quartier résidentiel avec une réception ouverte 24h/24h. Le quartier est un peu éloigné des commerces et des restaurants. La vue sur la ville est agréable.

La vue, le petit déjeuner, l appartement, l'emplacement , la sympathie du personnel.

No es propiamente del alojamiento, no hay mucho trasporte, los taxis no toman el viaje o tardan mucho, pero a 3 cuadras hay una base de taxis.

No tiene ascensor por lo que si te toca un apto arriba tienes q subir y bajar. Yo no tendría problema con eso si no fuera x q tengo una condición médica.

Friendliest staff you will meet. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very safe feeling neighborhood location, but just 12 to 15 minutes walk from good dining options and shops. Breakfast was very good, fresh fruit & breads, juices and coffee, eggs to order or waffles.

Just for recommendations, a few more outlets near the bedroom, and I would prefer a smart TV to watch some streaming like youtube or netflix rather than just cable channels. I am sure those options would reflect a price increase, but just some things that I noticed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - a variety to choose from, fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, waffles, arepas, etc. It was quiet, they provided bottled water, and laundry service was available. The apartment was kept spotless every day. This is a great value for the price.

There only was hot water in the shower, not the sinks, and to me, the "hot" water was only warm. Senior citizens take note that if you plan on walking around the neighborhood or using public transportation, this property is located on fairly steep hill - which may be challenging to you, especially if you're not used to the altitude.

Available, helpful staff. Owner was very nice and had lots of excellent recommendations. Stored our baggage after checkout for no additional cost. Room and location had a lot more personality than other places we stayed in Bogotá. Lighting and room size/decor were cheerful and inviting.

Room wasn't soundproof- we visited over a school holiday, and other guests were loud very late and early. Our room overlooked a private courtyard, which would've been a wonderful perk had it not been where they hung out and smoked cigarettes. Didn't matter much to us, but may matter to you: room didn't include shower supplies, nor did the shower have shelving for ours. Staff didn't speak much English (communication was fine regardless). Breakfast was okay, but it was cooked on demand and they checked in with us to see if we wanted anything before closing the kitchen. Stair access only/entry was old-fashioned with a key you leave at the front desk in while you're out.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good location, large rooms, good price. If your problem is the cold, please realise, that all South American big cities over 2000 meter are cold and did not use heating systems, but Bogota is relatively warm and the blankets of the accomodation are enough in the morning.

The rooms were great, and the staff was super helpful. They also provide a royal breakfast. On our way to the airport we dropped a phone in the taxi and we only noticed that we lost it at the airport. Fortunately for us, the taxi was arranged by the hotel. We asked the reception if they could help us out, and they called the taxi company multiple times pressuring them to look for the phone. The phone was not found, but the support of the staff (even after we had already checked out) was amazing!
