the breakfast wasn’t breakfast.. it’s better to take it out. In the room was a strange smelling, I think it wasn’t airy/ well ventilated, and it’s not soundproofing at all, we could hear every car and train.

Exceptional view over Veliko panorama and fortresses. Very cosy wide room with wide windows and a balcony. Perfectly clean and equipped with wide tv, good internet and climatic. Nice welcome and helpful people.

This hotel has a maaajor bonus: the view. If you are not afraid of heights, nor have a problem with trains passing by and making a bit of noise, it is just amazeing. The room was very clean, and the bathroom big enough. You have to consider though the bulgarian shower type: standing shower, without insulation or curtains.

Well, for a decent holliday you have to prepare for: - reception that doesn't accept credit cards from other countries (i tried Revolut, but it was not accepted so I had to go and withdraw cash) - the receptionists understand a bit of english but don't know how to speak it, so it was very dificult to understand each other. - the parking is not at location, it is on a very tight street at about 200 m. Also, to park it there, you need their help to access it or leave because it has a chain and a lock. Add that to them not knowing english and you can make a stupid movie :))) - apart from the coffee and something sweet (something like a cake), you can say goodbye to breakfast: it consist in a slice of bread already prepared with margarine, salami and a smaaal bit of cheese. I was fairly disgusting.

Perfect location only a couple of minutes away from the old town, the restaurants and the fortress. The staff was great, and the rooms were clean and had a very nice view!

View from the room on the lowest floor, good localization, very clean place.

Breakfast was not good, sofa was not very comfy (hard), toilet was moving and the extra bed in hall without any windows was depressing.

Friendly & helpful staff, excellent location and the hotel is good in general.

Would have appreciated a plug next to the bed.
