The pension was clean and very nice in appearance. Bathroom was smaller, but cozy and clean with all needed equipment. We were supposed to have a room with a separate bathroom without breakfast, but in the end we got a room together with a bathroom, even with a small breakfast, that was a very nice surprise!

The destination was in a slightly more remote place, but there is a zoo and a dam not far from the pension, so it's not that bad!

Very helpful staff, nice rooms

The accommodation was brand new and done very nicely to high standards. Very clean. Staff were nice and we got complimentary breakfast - nice tough.

We booked for 1 night, Saturday to Sunday, and there was only a 2 hour slot (16:00-18:00) when we could pick up the key on Saturday afternoon. Just be aware as it can be restrictive.

We had a great time at Penzion Smile. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very quite and conveniently located with public transportation and the apartment is very quiet!

If you don’t mind travelling far off from the city centre, you’ll love the location. Penzion Smile is located on a very quiet street just under a minute of walking from a bus and tram stop named Zoologická zahrada. Therefore, getting to the city takes long, but it’s very comfortable, since you only need to get on and just wait and enjoy. Routes are available even at night. Everything else in Penzion Smile can be described by two letters: OK. The cleanliness was nice, although the shared bathroom and toilet were kind of… old. You remember those old flushing mechanisms you have to pull on? Yes, that old. But other than that, clean. If you like having a TV in your room, you’ll be happy. Our room even had sky view from both beds thanks to slanted ceiling windows installed in Penzion Smile. Wall outlets were available, the staff was very nice (smiling :D) and we even got the chance to meet the owners’ dog, and it was extremely adorable. Overall, it was worth the money.

I specifically asked for a double bed, yet we got two single beds. That wouldn’t be a problem normally, but the rather old beds were extremely heavy and not exactly comfortable. Just “sleepable”, should I say. To anyone whom it may concern: also a little squeaky. Shared bathrooms are definitely one of accomodation drawbacks, at least I felt like this here. It’s a hard time and we had to be thrifty. It’s not too bad, though. Just mind your head in the bathrooms, since they have slanted roofs. Also, the restroom is rather claustrophobic.

Price, personel girls was wery nice and kind.

The place is wery close to church. Chuch is nice, but every hour bells ringing from there even at night, so our window was open because it was hot, and every hour I was waking up from church bells. Also parking sucks.

Quiet location, pleasant staff, willing owner, comfortable beds, breakfest in the same building in very nice patisserie. Close to the lake resort.
