The location is ideal. The staff is excellent. Everything is extremely clean and the historical building is beautiful.

One room that I was put in was very noisy, but they changed me to another room as soon as I said some thing

The location - city centre and close to where tours start from. room clean and comfortable.

The noise!!!! I knew there would be noise from outside traffic as this as the hotel is in the tourist area of La Paz, however main noise was from a generator or something and it droned all night., and was very intrusive - we didn’t sleep. We asked to be moved to a quieter room so were moved down a floor, but made little difference. The next day we were informed there were quieter rooms?! WiFi was very temperamental - worked well in lobby, but kept dropping out in the rooms.

central location. heritage charm breakfast was ample and the cupola breakfast room is gorgeous. Several sunny terraces

some rooms were very dark and internal facing. quite gloomy. Ask for rooms with light and sun like those facing the terraces

lovely hotel situated in city centre close to Witches market - the hotel has character with a nice patio terrace to sit out on - nice buffet breakfast.

The location is central to all attractions.

Staff was somewhat rude - airport pickup never arrived, and front desk staff accused us of taking towels and water (we had to go up and point them out in the room)

The hotel is nicely located in the center of La Paz and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We arrived quite late and were not really informed that there's nowhere to eat around the hotel. The sound proofing of the room was really bad, which is especially bad in the middle of La Paz, where every driver seems to be obliged to honk at least 5 times/minute.

I like the breakfast location - it is on the 6th floor with beautiful view. Hotel is in central location and everything what you need.

It was a bit noisy because there was a local strike and because of central location, but it was secure.

Large, clean, and comfortable room. Bed is very good. Love its central location. Next to San Francisco Church and walking distance to the witch market and a lot of restaurants. The view from the top of the hotel is fantastic. They have elevator. Many hotels don’t have elevators, but this hotel has. Very nice staff.

Showers was not hot, only lukewarm even after turning it on for 15 minutes.
