Very nice staff! In forgot my headphones in the room and they sent them to me in Santa Cruz!

The location was just perfect, close to the city spots and the main station. The room is large and very well equiped. The breakfast is quite simple but good, it is served in a room with view on La Paz. The personnel is charming.

Our room on the street was a bit noisy and the bathroom was a little disappointing (water pressure and shower in general)

Hotel located 5 minutes from the historic center, excellent location.

At the reception, the girls speak only Spanish. I asked if it was possible to print a form (form 250, necessary for the exit from Bolivia) but it was impossible to send them an email, she redirected me to an internet café. Later, as I waited in the lobby, thinking I didn't understand Spanish, they also laughed at me. "That guy from Booking ...". The water in the bathroom is only available for certain hours of the day, but I think that it is a La Paz problem.

Comfortable and central place to stay. The hotel-staff was really friendly and were really helpful giving us directions to use the public transport. Breakfast was okay… not fancy!

Location was convenient near a market.

For what we paid I was disappointed. Shower water didn’t drain properly, old rusted shower head. Solution from reception was to take the cover off the drain, which also wasn’t ideal.
