Run down area, no shops or restsursnts vlose by. Staff very friendly and helpful

The breakfast was ok. Only saw 2 other guests eating breakfasts, so it's probably tough to provide a great breakfast with so few guests.

Room smelled terribly like smoke. Got room directly on elevator shaft, which woke me up in the middle of night, along with guests arguing with each other at 3 am. Being a hot day and right on the Bundestrasse was not great, since had to open windows to not such a great area or suffer from heat stale cigarette smoke.

Spacious, well-lit room with good wifi connection. Plenty of parking. Very helpful receptionist who recommended a nearby restaurant.

Nothing to dislike or criticise about the hotel. Very few eating options available within walking distance

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

The breakfast was very ordinary. Some personnel were not that friendly.

The room was very clean, good location. The front desk lady, was very nice!

Hotel located at the southern edge of Monchengladbach. I was there for the Dusseldorf Messe (easy 35 minutes drive). Not far behind the hotel nice countryroads through corn and grain fields with beautiful views... great place for a nice walk (the city itself is not worth while). Hotel people very nice, room well renovated and well insulated against street noise (double windows) and clean (except under the bed!). Good breakfast, good free parking, offer for a free drink, coffee and tea in the room, good TV and good bed, Clean wooden floor (no carpet).

Shower area looked good but shower head itself is saving a bit too much water and the hotel shampoo is useless (bring your own shampoo!)
