This comfortable home provided the space for a comfortable stay and the convenience to many parts of Phoenix that we needed. The pool heater was apparently broken and this was a huge disappointment because one of the parameters we considered in renting this home was a heated pool.

Everything is great

My group and I stayed for a bachelorette party. We had an amazing time! The pool and outdoor area is stunning and we had more than enough room for everyone (our party was 13 people). Overall beautiful and huge house!

Overall we had a wonderful time! The pool is amazing! The location is also superb. It was great for a large family; very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We needed more bath towels, and the response time was great. Also, the pool heat was questionable, and the property manager did their best to make it to our liking. However, many things in the home did not function properly: broken pool net, broken cabinetry, broken bunkbed ladder. Many of the plumbing faucets also had the hot/cold set in opposite fashion which became a concern for children. Ice maker broken. Do doors to pool lock? That’s a safety concern. Cleanliness was not to our standards: trash left in drawers, old contact lenses on bedroom windowsill, no hand soap in kitchen or bathrooms, windows to pool very dirty, and grill was unusable due to grime. Trash cans overflowing upon arrival. Also, maybe think about getting cable? We were there during March Madness and had to watch games on an iPad. With all this said, we did have a fun FAMILY vacation with Grandparents and children. However it ended with a $100 charge for damages which is laughable-what a joke! You should be giving me a credit. Property Manager customer service has failed to respond after charging my card without permission. Lesson learned: I should have made them aware of every issue upon our arrival. This house was perfect for our large family to enjoy Christmas. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

This place is truly incredible! It lived up to the highest of expectations for our group. Great location. Great view of Camelback Mountain. Great setup for a large group. I kept thinking there would be a "too good to be true" moment but it never came. I highly recommend this property.
