The location is absolutely amazing, very quiet, hearing the birds singing. Also, I liked the SPA area, it's not very big, but I would say it's all that you need for a 2/3 days vacation

Maybe to have breakfast included in the accommodation price, or if prefer this approach, have an a la carte option

SPA was opened only in the evening. If you are here with family and have access to SPA , this should be opened earlier not at 4 pm.

We liked it a lot: parking, location(so many and diverse shops nearby), the room with good AC, cleanliness, good mattress on the bed. Great places for kids indoor and outdoor. We loved the spa pools, for adults and kids. Very good food at good prices. Nice staff with us and the kids, speaking English. Would recommend this hotel to any family spending holiday in this city.

The kids menu is not diverse for a two old child. I would have like to see more cream soups, steamed vegetables or meat, vegetables puree. The dishes in the kids menu were quite salty. Also the mattress for the crib was too slim, like a big pillow put as a mattress. Maybe for some kids is ok but for our we had to buy a good crib mattress from a shop and returned it after the holiday.

Nice and clean rooms, good food.

Spa area was closed at the morning (contrary to staff feedback at reception), saunas were not heated afternoon, so you had to wait until they heat up. Weird rule that you need to wear shorts in finnish sauna. Spa area is overrated and closed most of the time.

The staff is amazing! They have been super attentive, responsive, and accommodating. I was traveling with my 2-year-old and the staff went above and beyond my expectations to make our stay memorable.

It is not a big deal at all. Just to note that perhaps, once the season ends, the carpeting in the hallways and rooms could use a refresh.
