Breakfast was good. Location was also good approachable. One thing was went wrong . Door unlocking system was not good. Every time we call the room service to open the door. Locking system need to improve or change,look in to this matter . I visited your property 2 times & face same problem.

I don't like anything during this stay apart from breakfast.

No Internet, I requested hotel staff multiple times but they were just giving false statements, I book the stay for my important conference and due to unavailability of WiFi, I have to cancel it and book another stay next day. Other things, Hotel mentions about private balcony but if you can't access it is of no use. When requested hotel staff about this, they simply refuse to provide balcony access citing security concerns. Then why you are making it in your description about private balcony?

Rooms were not clean. Room given was too small, but we were charged bomb. though hotel shifted us in better room, but that too was not much clean.

There’s nothing to like about this property..!

The walls, tables, carpets & chairs were all dirty and had a layer of dust in the lobby area on the 4th Floor, the bed was too stiff for my liking, in one of the bedrooms the bedsheet was torn, TV screen was damaged, the hotel is understaffed specially during the night shift and one request takes multiple reminders & too add to all this I wasn’t given one room key out of the three rooms and I was told to call someone from the reception whenever I would like to access that room, also there are no hand-towels, when asked for one they gave napkins instead…the rooms are dated and not a pleasant place to be even the bathrooms are filthy specially the shower which doesn’t work properly because of all the dirt stuck in it and there was a stinking smell from the bath towels & in the bathroom, there’s only one person in the reception handling everything, the WiFi doesn’t work properly and the list just goes on, considering everything wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, please choose something else as there are many properties located nearby which should be far better.
