the property is in an excellent location and is a lovely renovation of an historic building. The manager was amazingly responsive.

A lovely and very comfortable room perfectly located to explore Split - on the central plaza (but very little noise), only a few minutes walk to Diocletian's palace and Riva. Split was also a great base for us to explore some of the islands and Krka National Park. Bruno is friendly with plenty of recommendations, helped with my bag at the time of check in and went above and beyond by setting up a Wise account to allow us to transfer the payment instead of having to withdraw cash - thank you!

First thing...the location is amazing right in the old town piazza. Great room with soundproofing windows that block all the noise from the Piazza bellow. Can't give the host (Bruno) enough praise.... fantastic guy who gives all his attention and care towards his visitors 11/10 for Bruno!!

We liked absolutely everything about this place: it’s location (couldn’t be better), the attention to details (ample hooks, coffee and tea making ability, umbrellas among others), it’s comfort (bed, bathroom). Friendly Bruno met us and helped us with our bags upon check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again if our future travels bring us back to Split. Five stars!!!

Nothing to dislike.

Absolutely PERFECT location, in the heart of Split and within walking distance to everything. The rooms are super nice and the owner, Bruno, has thought of every little detail to make the stay comfortable. He is always available to help with recommendations, transfer or anything you may need. We will most definitely stay at Lucija and Luka when we return to Split. Thank you for everything, Bruno. Fantastic!!!

The recommendations from our host were top notch! Location was excellent!! We were able to close windows and have complete silence or open the windows and feel like the vibe of Split!

Great location, fantastic host who was extremely helpful with recommendations and organised our transfers upon request. Lovely touches such as a beach bag/beach towels/wine/robes all at the property. Loved being in the midst of Split, less than 5 mins from the seafront/Palace or restaurants galore.

Although minimal you could hear some noise during the night and morning as the bars set up.

Our stay here was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortably beds and location wise very central. (Like literally in the center of the old town) And we had a nice view on the square of the old town when you opened the windows! (ps. Do ask this when you book a room because not all rooms have this view) Special thanks to our host (Bianko) he was very kind and helpful! All and all it was very nice experience to stay here. Would we book here again if we ever go to Split? Yes for sure!

Perfect location in the middle of the city. Received great recommendations from Bianko who was really hospitable. It was like meeting a friend. Interior and style of the rooms is stylish and comfortable.

It’s a gorgeous little room with an incredible view of the square. It’s an experience of its own. The host welcomed us with yummy local amenities and the room is stocked with tea and coffee.

As the description says, there’s no elevator so if you have a ton of luggage, just be prepared for a few stairs—nothing major.

Great location in center of old town, view of Iron Gate of Diocletian Palace. On the town plaza, Narodni Trg. Andrija was friendly and informative, gave lots of information on sights to see and restaurants. Double pane windows kept room perfectly quiet.

The staff was exceptional. He met us at our car and walked us into the old town area to the hotel, then gave us a full walking tour after. The room was SO charming. Beautiful old stonework and windows, but all completely restored and in fantastic shape. Beautiful quality room. Heated wood floors, large bathroom and bed area. steps from main piazza, but quiet. great windows.

the location is perfect, walking distance to all the main sights in Split. loads of lovely bars and places to grab breakfast and dinner all within an easy 5-10 minute stroll.

The Location is excellent, everything is in walking distance. The room itself had some lovely Little touches like a bottle of local wine and cookies on arrival as well as under floor heating, bath robes and slippers provided and excellent overview of close by attractions given to us on arrival. The Host left his mobile number with us and was available to answer any questions we had which was great! He was super friendly! I would return and recommend this stay to anyone!
