Magnífica atención y servicio

The breakfast was surprisingly good. Good location, but you need to park your car 200 m away, as the hotel is situated in a narrow street in the old part of town. Our room was not too spacious and everything is a bit outdated, but it's ok for a 1-2 nights stay. The pool is tiny, located in the back of the hotel. There are a few bars & restaurants within walking distance.

The need to park away from the hotel wasn't great, but not a drama either.

Very good and complete breakfas. Nice and quiet location in the heart of Artà, with a refreshing patio.

great location, room spacious and clean, excellent breakfast

no one there to check us in, very impersonal, keys in a lock box, no drinking water available, no tea/coffee facilities. would have been better advertised as Airbnb. poor communication as no information provided prior to arrival about how to check in - we had to telephone from the locked front door and only then did we get sent instructions. also multiple automated payment emails in days prior to our stay which was annoying.

Breakfast

The hotel is not manned and was all locked up upon our arrival. We had great difficulty getting hold of anyone for some considerable time and waited Outside in high temperatures for 1,5 hours before being contacted to advise how to obtain key.

There is not a lot I want to say about Padrina,The staff (When they were there) Carmen and Else were extremely friendly.. and helpful. I speak Spanish, otherwise there would have been no communication. Either Carmen or Ilse arrived every morninfg for about two hours to clean and provide a very good breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was completely empty. I only saw the other guest once (briefly)during her stay. She was amazed that I had received no instructions in respect of keys etc. as she had full details before arriving. ( I have since checked ..nothing has come. It was a pure coincidence that she was leaving as I arived..otherwise I would have had to find another hotel for the night or possibly the week, because the hotel reception was obviously closed and I could not ge anybody on the phone. I spent a week very much alone in this hotel..I thought the owner would contact me..but he never showed up. Frankly it was completely irresponsible to have let me come without an explanation of the situation. He contacted me per telephone the day before I left and that was the last I heard or saw of him. I was told me he was Visiting in the NORTH of Spain and was not in Arta. In retrospect I was right.. I told Booking com that I suspected that the hotel was empty and he basically would have preferred me not to come. NEVER AGAIN

difficult to access

Beautiful townhouse with nice patio incl pool and lemon tree. Great lovely stuff and excellent breakfast. Perfectly located in the heart of Artá but in a quiet street. Very clean, great sun terrace.

You could hear a lot from the neighbours room so we were afraid disturbing them as we travelled with a baby. The mattresses are very soft, but this depends on everyones taste. It was indicated that there was a washing machine, but there wasn‘t any.
