nice room, great location, liked the hammock

the ac didn’t work at all the first day. they fixed it the second day but even then it was just so-so compared to other room our friends had. never got very cool. WiFi was spotty too.

The location is great right in the middle of everything. It was relaxing waking up watching the sunrise from the balcony.

The hotel staff was very professional and pleasant. I received communication from the hotel requesting my arrival time and if transportation was needed shortly after booking. I made a special request for a room prior to arrival for above ground level, and they accommodated my request. My flight arrived in the evening, and after the short flight from Belize International Airport, I arrived after their indicated check-in time. I was happy to find that the staff was still there and did not rush the process. They were still very pleasant and made sure I knew the details of amenities available. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and the ferry. The rooms are extremely large. It's a very well maintained boutique style hotel. No modern finishes or amenities, but clean, and you can't beat the price for the location. They have evening security that runs the night shift, and they are friendly as well. I will definitely stay again when visiting Belieze.

There was a local who hung outside the hotel in the evening sitting on the parked golf carts and a weird ex-pat (European) that resided in the front building. But those are things the hotel can't control. They weren't aggressive. But it's just something to be mindful of. The ex-pat appears nice, but he's fishing for information. He definitely is not to be trusted. I believe he works with the local, so keep your personal items close and dont walk off with him if he offers to provide you with directions. I would keep convo to a hello with ex-pat and keep it moving. But overall, it is a very nice hotel with security. There are no negatives with the hotel as those things can occur outside of any hotel. It was not on hotel property.

Location, location, location. Right in the middle of San Pedro, walking distance so you don't need a golf cart to move around (unless you are going to explore the rest of the island). The room is well distributed and the kitchen had everything I needed if I wanted to cook. They provided bottled water which I really appreciated. Amazing sunrises from the balcony. Walking distance everywhere and next to the best ceviche in town :D Staff really helpful, they helped me to find alternative diving centers with very short notice

What breakfast? No one mentioned any breakfast…

The salt air really took it’s toll on the kitchen faucet. It was quite oxidized and rather past it’s prime. And the drain in the kitchen sink was neglected/ignored by the cleaning staff. Not a pretty site…

This is a very nice and clean hotel. I especially appreciated the staff and how friendly, helpful and accommodating they were. Located in the middle of the town, close to everything. Having a kitchenette was a real plus for me. And I enjoyed the balcony and the fabulous view!

I was hoping for a hammock on my balcony but having table and chairs there was great too - I ate my breakfast with a view.

The location is convenient because it’s near the water taxi. The staff (she) was polite and offered to help with anything I might need. I would easily stay here again.

The floor was dirty, it felt very sandy under my feet, and that’s it. The beds were clean, beautiful breeze from the ocean. The floors could’ve been mopped before our arrival. Otherwise, nice place.

The Staff here knows how to take care off their guests.Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have had. I will definitely stay here whenever I come to San Pedro!

Location is excellent. Wonderful waterfall shower. Nice balcony overlooking the sea. Really comfortable bed.
