Nice location overlooking Freetown and the ocean. Quiet hotel with a nice breakfast. Internet is good too.

Odalarda rutubet kokusu var. Duş başlığı arızalıydı ve su çok az geliyordu. Ancak belirtmeme rağmen sorun giderilemedi. Tuvalette taharet musluğu yok. Bu son derece hijyene aykırı. Resepsiyona belirttim ancak tüm odalarda aynı olduğunu söylediler.

Customer service was very good

I arrived at the hotel on one of the days during heavy rainfall; one of the staff was standing inside, but he was not initiative enough to bring an umbrella outside to help me work out of my car. I was held up in the car for a while. I wasn't happy with this.

The staff is very friendly and helpful—a nice place to stay for vacation.

Very friendly and nice staff. Good hygiene, and a lovely environment. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Freetown.

Value for money here is lacking. There was no working desk/table provided in the room. There were chairs around what looked like a cocktail table. Having floor mats on the room and bathroom entrance would be great. I think a room that's 100USD+ per night deserves a proper working desk.

The restaurant was very good

We stayed on the 30th of December on a night they were holding an event right in front our room at the pool area. we only found this out in the afternoon of our stay, they assured us that the music would finish at 130 and the extremely loud music didn’t finish until 430 am which meant we got no sleep before our 630 wake up. We would have liked some advance notice and the option to cancel and rebook at another hotel.
