Very kind staff. Great food. The manager was very accommodating for me with late checkout.

The location is ideal, and the staff were friendly and supportive. The internet was superb, so are the gym facilities. My children and I enjoyed our stay. It was a good value for money. All the basic facilities were in place. The electricity situation was managable. I will definitely stay here again.

I do believe the owner could do more by investing in the property to give it a face lift. The evidence is clear in some parts of the building. The choices on the restaurant menu for breakfast are limited to just one (omelette, bread, and hot drink). A swimming pool will be ideal. Some of the staff I do think need to be trained on access control, security matters, and being professional. I found it very bizarre that a receptionist is always found laying on the sofa in the reception area and less attentive to what's going on in the building. The laundry service provided was a bit expensive. I don't mind paying, but I am not sure from a business perspective that sits well with other guests.

The hotel took care of all aspects of my airport p/u which included a ferry. At $75, including the mandatory price for the ferry, I thought it was a bit steep because of the short drive from the ferry terminal to the hotel, but it was worth it in the end. The ferry company's credit card machine wasn't working so you'd have to change money there. Someone came and found me coming out of the airport and told me where to go. At the other end, another person met me with a sign. So, it was hassle free. The staff at the hotel and the owner were very accommodating. There's is a breakfast on offer for $5 if it's not already included. The hotel is set back from a main road so quiet. Great view of the ocean and the hills from my room. There was a fridge in the room too and a balcony on each floor which was nice. The hotel is about a half-hour walk to the beach. All in all a very positive experience.

Owner is awesome and cool. Fun to talk with. Place is in a great location close to downtown and the beach both. Very vibrant and will definitely stay there again!!

The hotel is new, but it is a good place to stay in Freetown. A bit out of the crazy chaotic center, and hence a bit more quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was more than friendly and tried to make everything work for me. Breakfast was fine and if you like gyms you will find more torture machines than I have ever seen in my life.
