Great location, very close to the ski lift (5 mins drive), even though it is mentioned that an apartment is within 250m from the ski lift - it is not a walking distance, as apartment is located on a heel. There is a big hotel next to apartments with the Spa and an Irish Pub. Apartment has a bath tub, good water pressure, big windows with an amazing view on the mountains!

Check-in was difficult, we arrived late, were very tired and we did not find the keys in the locker-box, they were missing because of some problem with the heating a day earlier. The "reception" is located in the capital, so all the communication should be done via phone. Once we forgot our single key inside the apartment and locked the door, at first CS suggested to visit their office (25min drive) to get a spare one. After some phone talks and texting our problems with the keys were solved, many thanks for that!

The apartment was very clean and had a great view of the mountains. There was also indoor parking for apartment guests. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and the main bed in the bedroom was comfortable. My friends slept in the other room on the foldable couch and they said it was fine too.

To get the keys and the instructions and to show our vaccination certificate we had to drive to Andorra la Vella which is a 15 minute drive from the apartment. This was not a big problem for us because we had a car but I imagine it must be troublesome if you don't.

Apartment warm and spacious

Very clean. Great view from the apartment. Loads of extra towels and blankets. Kitchen was big enough to cook dinners. Ana was very helpful before and during our stay.

The check in process was complicated because there is no reception. The car park in the garage is very small.

The location was pretty great. The host was incredibly available and helpful.

1. The check-in process is inconvenient -- the afternoon before arriving, we were told there are two options: we could either email our passport #s and pay the security deposit in order to have our keys placed at the property, or we could drive to the capital of Andorra and do this manually. As a computer scientist, I do not feel comfortable emailing private information like passport and ID information. Since there was no reception at the apartment itself, we had to drive out of the way, to the capital of Andorra within a certain time frame. It took 20 minutes to do this, as there was a line of others checking in. The check-in process was very thorough, though. Solution: provide check-in at the property itself or provide key access even without needing to email private information. 2. There's a $200 security deposit. It's my fault for not noticing this on the listing's description, but it was quite a surprise to me, as I've stayed in over 100 hostels/hotels/air BnB and this was the 1st time I had to pay a security deposit. There were many small blemishes in the apartment upon arriving, so I felt very nervous that we would be charged for these pre-existing blemishes. I took photos of all ~15 blemishes and contacted the property manager. She immediately told me not to worry, which was comforting. I understand this is more typical of long-stay house rentals, though. 3. The WiFi was unusable. My girlfriend and I both needed to get work done each night, with imminent emails needing to be read/sent. Despite having a full strength signal, the Internet effectively didn't work. It would take 30-120 seconds to load a single webpage. I measured the speed, and it was rated slightly faster than a 56K dail-up modem (12 kbs/sec). 4. The parking was very difficult. I pride myself on being an expert parallel parker.

It’s very close to Canillo slopes

There’s no one at the apartments and everything is done remotely by whatsapp! They give you some instructions and a telephone number in case of emergency, but they have a number from Andorra so a call is worthier than your entire stay... The apartment is not very clean. They charge 20€ if they find the dishes dirty and they ask for a 200€ deposit which is never stated in booking
