There were roaches, my mattress was turned upside down so it was hard, the place is surrounded by homeless people who ask you for money and there was a weird smell lingering in the halls.

Convenient location, close to food and the airport. Easy check in. Quickly ordered a taxi to airport in the morning.

Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was not very welcoming overall, but the morning receptionist was pleasant.

$20 taxi ride from airport, walking distance to beach.

A fair price, but not a 3 star hotel. The location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

The room was... weird with a claw-for tub/shower without a curtain. There was virtually no water pressure in the sink and no hot water (although the shower was better). The pool area was closed for renovation and the balcony in the room was inaccessible.

The location at Grand Plaza was very convenient for my husband and I. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful assisting us in all our needs and questions.

The dislike being there was the noise from other guests slamming doors and the safety needs improvement. The reason for the safety is one night a intoxicated male came knocking on our door at 2 am then pounded, when my husband called the front desk he was told there was nothing that can be done. That is on our 1st day of our stay.

Rooms did not meet expectations. Wifi keeps dropping and sheets wrinkled and did not look clean.

Overpriced - as everything in Guam.

I liked the style of the hotel. It had a vintage or old fashioned look to it. You can tell it has history. It felt like I was in a comfy bed room.

I wished there were more towels and tags in the room as well as better cleanliness of the bathroom and room walls. The bathroom could’ve definitely been cleaner. The tub looked like they ripped apart the original one and replaced it with a bear claw tub but the plumbing doesn’t fit for that.

The only redeeming quality about this hotel is that it had good A/C and is close to city center.

The WIFI was unusable, the flooring had gaps between the planks and some of the planks were not even attached to the floor, the bathtub in the shower was an after thought, the bed had stains all over it, naval ship beds are more comfortable than their beds, the "city view" didn't show a city at all, they put me in the wrong room originally, all in all this hotel was terrible and the only way I would ever pay to stay there again is if it was $25 a night.
