Ottima casa, molto spaziosa, dotata di tutto quello che può servire, comoda posizione vicino ai giardini della Biennale. Molti ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze. Anche una coop poco distante.

Qualche mobilio un po' datato, pochi bicchieri.

We had problem with electricity in the kitchen

quiet location in the Southeast side of Venice. but right around the corner was plenty of restaurants, and markets. wry convenient location for the Biennale.

There were a couple of appliances that weren’t working and not all the stove burners worked. . the manager told us to call her anytime but just too busy so never got around to asking.

An excellent location for exploring Venice. Its not in the busy areas of Venice where the hordes of tourists gather in high season but close enough to all the main attractions. Its about 10mins walk to the nearest water taxi stop. The apartment is on the first floor. well appointed and roomy. One good size room has one double bed. the other room has one single bed and is a small size. It can only comfortable fit one single bed. The sitting room has one sofa bed.

There is no wifi and network / signal in this area is limited due to the surrounding houses blocking the signal. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning. The sitting room/dining room/kitchen share one air conditioner.

Host was very nice and the place was extremely clean and well maintained.

Only unfortunate point was the location - the apartment is very far away from main attractions.

The staff is solo friendly The location is optional for the Biennale of Venice And near city center

Good location for us and clean

No toilet paper, no washing up liquid so previous holidaymakers had not washed up properly, only one set of door keys, kitchen sink blocked on arrival first day, shower water did not drain away very fast so could potentially of caused a flood, no shower mat when getting out so floor was made wet and was slippery.
